    I ordered it on 8/16/2024. I bought a lift chair and it needed to be repaired a few months afterwards. They put a new motor in but said the chair had been assembled wrong. Now, the lift moves slowly or freezes. They told me it was warrantied for 7 years. I am afraid I may be injured by the chair. Lazy Boy is now not contacting me.

    Customer: ********************* received a FULL refunded his money in full on 6/20/2024. He was also given his chair to keep. We had attempted to repair his chair numerous times. ************** repairs have been documented and we feel we have upheld our part as a retailer.  We pride ourselves as a local, family owned business and offer customer service and care to our -customers. I consider this resolved with the full refund to the customer and giving him his recliner to keep. Questions please let me know. Sincerely, ********************* - My cell ************
