I went into Patricia's on June 29, 2023 and made a purchase at 2:39 p.m. I went home, tried the top on, it was too small, and at 6:30 on June 29, 2023 I went back to Patricia's at **** S. Glenstone, ***********, ** ***** to return it. The person behind the counter lied and said that they won't issue a return, that I can only have a gift card or a credit at the store. I told this person that I wanted my money and this person said that I would have to come back, talk to the manager and "maybe" they will ***** me a refund. I asked for the manager's name and this person who lied and said their name is "****" said they didn't know who the manager of the store that this person works in and then this person pretended to dig through a box under the counter, stood up, and said that they couldn't find the information on who the manager of the store is so this person couldn't tell me the name of the manager to talk to about a refund. The receipt (attached) clearly states, items can be exchanged with receipt, all tags attached, unworn and unused condition within 30 days of purchase." I went back less than four hours later only to be told to talk to the manager, but they don't know who the manager is and that I can't have a refund like the receipt states and that this person's name is "****" *****.I want a refund. That's it.
