              Issue is medical debt being applied to account and when bills were being payed the money was not going to the oldest accounts. Also we are being billed for ****** kids that have not been in the home in over 3 years. When calling they say it will be resolved in 2 weeks but still fighting *** on the medical side of the buisness.

              The medical team I have dealt with for the past 3 years has been absolutely amazing. My doctor has saved my life with my cancer many times now. The ****************** is the reason for my low score. I am very disappoint with billing. They have turned several bills over to collections when I did not receive the bills. When I inquired about this I was told that they can recall 2 bills from collections, but the others have to stay because, as they state, I called 8 times from 4/8/23-4/20/23 and did not talk to anyone and did not leave a call back number. This is absolutely not true. I sent ******, the patient advocate a snapshot of my phone calls during this time and there we absolutely NO phone calls to Coxhealth Billing Dept. I am on a payment plan now for all bills coming through, however they are leaving bills in collection. Why? I suspect because this 3rd party has already paid them, likely pennies on the dollar, and *** does not want to make that exchange again. Its all about $$. I understand they have a business to run. I have great insurance, they are a non profit. Come on *** get it together in billing. So many complaints on their billing department. Like I said my medical staff is the best in the world, but billing is very frustrating to say it kindly.
