      This motel has a numerous amount of people that they have stolen from taken advantage of kicked out on the streets on November 23th I paid $1000 for December rent 1-31st on November 28th I was told I had to leave and can't stay there anymore no reason why no refund they locked me out of my motel has me arrested trespassed me said it I come back to get my dog or possession they'd have me arrested again

      Well I stayed at the Welcome Inn for 21 days over paid, 8??$ something dollars. It was so nasty with roaches and mold. Drugs, smoke. The room they put me in 225 was not only dirty never been cleaned, I had to clean it myself! Oh well when I arrived they gave me someone elses room key and I almost got bit by a pit bull walking into the room they said was mine. When I got to my room I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean my own room, noticed absolutely NO fire safety on door or anywhere! Roaches climbing in and out of walls, personal items. I have pictures of the place!! I would like my money back if not ALL half!!!! No house keeping,NOTHING!! ************

      July 14th I paid $520 to stay in room 158 at The Welcome Inn. I had notified the front desk associate that there was mold in the room and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. No staff has come to check the room and when white fuzzy mold was found behind the head board, it made sense where my headaches were coming from. I asked the front desk to move me rooms due to the mold and effects it's having on me. They refused to move me and told me there is no refund if I decide to leave.

      I paid for an extra week and was going to stay there. I asked for my refund back and they said no refund back. There is nothing anywhere that says they would not give back a refund.

      I was a couple days late on my rent, while I was late they ended up charging me $475 when the original price was $261 with late fees. I ended up paying $300 of this and they still kicked me out with no warning and threw all of my belongings in the trash. They banned me from the property so I could not get the rest of my stuff.

      I paid approximately $140 to stay for two nights at a motel room while My heater was being fixed at home. So I show up here at The welcome inn in ************ ******** thinking nothing of it , so I paid money I go up to my room see a cockroach right off the bat okay I shook that off no big deal all right I'll look around for plugs to plug in my phone all the plug there's a plug for the refrigerator in the microwave and by the front door by the broken heater and a plug by the sink in the bathroom and a plug for the lamp and the *** Okay no big deal so I'm sitting there and the lamp just goes off. So I go thinking it's the light bulb so I just take a light bulb out of one fictures in the bathroom to put in the lamp just to check no don't work so I went to unplug the lamp and it's shocked the c*** out of me !so I went and reported this to the cashier lady downstairs and she says that I came to her quick enough that it shouldn't be a problem just talk to somebody this morning. So I go down there first thing this morning 8:00 a.m. and I get the most rudest hatefulest,"no you're not getting your money back"along with other foul words. mind you I just wanted half of what I payed so I can go stay somewhere else. Instead I got an attitude towards me for no apparent reason and I'm told to leave while they keep my money for service not rendered. I'm also wanting to complain this to you because if a child had to grab that cord instead of me it could have hospitalized it severely injured or worse,who knows ,and he doesn't show any concern. this place has moldy bathtub there's cockroaches there's speckles of toilet paper on the bathroom floor and wall the floor in the bathroom that looks like they came from possibly a overflowed toilet.it is disgusting like it's never been cleaned I have pictures of these things and I also had a friend come witness as well he tried talking me into leaving but I didn't have the $140 to just throw away. The one night that I did stay here I didn't sleep well because the door has an inch crack around it and the heater barely works. and to top it all off the only blanket that was in the place was a real thin blanket and a sheet so I had to have that friend bring me a blanket last night and I still didn't sleep good because it's disgusting it stinks here and it's nasty. now I can't go stay anywhere else because they have my money that I had for for a place to stay. I work hard for my money not to just give it away to some slums that run a bad business this is horrible horrible business and I want my refund and to make sure that no children or anybody gets hurt so I'm reporting them to you guys. I don't know how to do this I don't know anything about it I've never had to do nothing like this before I mind my own business I pay my bills I work hard for my money and I do all the right things for others only just to turn around and get crapped on by people like this, I'm completely disgusted .
