      When I first started working here, the environment was amazing. I loved it. And then the changes started. And the. ************************* came. And s*** hit the fan. The straw that broke the camels back was when I was told that I could not have the annual bonus because I had put in my two weeks notice. I wasnt going to review them on here. Until that happened. I would not suggest working here. Im ashamed of Burrell. Im ashamed of how horrible I was treated.

      detox management refused to give me my meds properly and staff was awful. They were condescending and had attitudes as if my needs didn't matter.

      This place wasted almost 10 yrs of my life as an employee. They call themselves the best place to work. Not. Even. Close. If you're someone who honestly cares about the community and really wishes to see ppl heal from trauma, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction figure out either another business to go to or join me in a quest to start a legit company that matters not only about the patients but the staff as well. This place is racist. It is politically and financially motivated Only. ** and almost all management positions below him have only 2 things in mind how good they look to the politicians or whoever they want to impress and how much revenue they can gain. Don't go there for help and definitely don't go there to work unless you also only want those things.

      This is a wonderful place to get set up medication with your psychiatrist, only as long as you want to have your medication withheld from you. I have been with Burrell for over a year and every time a medication is due for a refill, I follow the necessary steps. I call to be directed to my psychiatrist's nurse, but the nurse is never available and only a voicemail option is available. These calls were never returned each month. I had to call each day, sometimes up to a week, just to have my medication sent to my pharmacy. I have called a week before my medication is due to be out, only for my daily calls to go unheard for TWO weeks: until I am a week OFF my medication, calling to desperately find out why this is happening. Responses are always disappointing, always blank apologies and 'Sorry that happened", but no legitimate efforts to fix the problem. Overall this business has disappointed me and caused me to question if clients are truly as important as they say.

      Had appointment in 2020 to see a psycharist that treated for major depressive disorder, anxiety and ADHD. Saw 2 psychiatrist that day, neither wrote for ADHD patients. Tried again(stupid me) in 2023 for same type of psychiatrist....they only match you with the next name on their list. Left a voice message with a question in nursing **** and building a or b. Never returned call. Called again to cancel appt with psychiatrist they set me up with because his profile did not say he treated ADHD. Ask to speak to a supervisor and I was referred to patient experience to leave a voice mail by computer. Would NOT let me speak to anyone else! Terrible place with rude workers!

      I registered outpatient therapy for myself/family member due to trauma. We NEVER received any therapy whatsoever ever. Just a case manager once a week pushing homelessness/housing. We were not in a situation for homelessness. It seems like a scam. I discharged the company. We are now in a worse situation that this company is a part of. Unsafe housing, community of felons and addicts,and a feeling of loss and despair. I asked for 3 months about a therapist,only to receive nothing.Thier is a lot of federal/state funding involved in whatever they are doing. It is not therapy.

      Told one price but charged another. Made multiple phone calls and have had no return call. Was told they could charge whatever they want.Been at this since the beginning of March. Most unprofessional. But I will say the pharmacy was very helpful.
