      The worst experience I have ever had. It never has been the greatest but is has been the worst place to take my vehicle.They had my vehicle for 10 days with no contact. Went to find out what was happening & they couldn't find my vehicle they found the paperwork. Took my car in for oil burning issue. On the paperwork it stated COULD NOT DUPLICATE". My question how can you not see the problem? The service person I had to deal with was no longer employed at ***. They did complete an oil consumption test & passed according to *** standards; what they are I have no idea never explained. Before I left, I asked if they had put oil in my vehicle was told YES. Next day checked the oil it had no oil. **************** Manager text too ask about my experience explained she told me someone would call to follow up. The only person to contact me is the customer service manager after I told her no one has called. I have not heard anything to this day. This is such poor service I have received. This vehicle has had many problems so many dont have enough characters to write down the information. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER ANY VEHICLE AGAIN.
