I was required to have all service completed at the dealership. This was confirmed during our first service visit by the initial service advisor, **** ****. Based on the information I was given by **** I continued to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership for every oil ********* each visit, I was advised on recommendations and required services that *** stated were necessary for my vehicle. I paid to have the transmission flushed and the differential fluid changedeach time stating that I had a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Each time, the service advisor confirmed or implied that this was accurate. On April 22, 2025, my vehicle began to shudder while driving on the highway. We scheduled an appointment and brought it in to **** the next day. After 23 hours of diagnostics, **** informed me that the issue was due to excessive carbon buildup on the spark plugs. I was told this resulted from not performing a recommended cleaning every ****** milessomething I had never been informed about.Additionally, I was told spark plugs are considered consumable items. However, iridium spark plugs typically last ****** to ******* miles, with *** recommending replacement at ****** miles. My vehicle only has ****** miles, and yet Im being asked to spend $1,250 to restore the engine to normal function. That is completely unacceptable. While some may argue that I should have known about this cleaning, no service advisor ever mentioned it. I followed every recommendation they gave me. The fact that this issue occurred has destroyed my trust in the *** brand, and I fully intend to share my experience widely. From a consumers perspective, I now understand why *** offers such a long warrantybecause by the time real issues occur, youve required so many fluid flushes and replacements that you can blame the customer when the vehicle fails.SPMOK LLC

The worst experience I have ever had. It never has been the greatest but is has been the worst place to take my vehicle. They had my vehicle for 10 days with no contact. Went to find out what was happening & they couldn't find my vehicle they found the paperwork. Took my car in for oil burning issue. On the paperwork it stated COULD NOT DUPLICATE". My question how can you not see the problem? The service person I had to deal with was no longer employed at ***. They did complete an oil consumption test & passed according to *** standards; what they are I have no idea never explained. Before I left, I asked if they had put oil in my vehicle was told YES. Next day checked the oil it had no oil. **************** Manager text too ask about my experience explained she told me someone would call to follow up. The only person to contact me is the customer service manager after I told her no one has called. I have not heard anything to this day. This is such poor service I have received. This vehicle has had many problems so many dont have enough characters to write down the information. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER ANY VEHICLE AGAIN.SPMOK LLC

I want to offer our sincerest apologies again to you *****. With that said, if you ever change you mind and want to arrange a conversation, I am happy to do that for you. Reach out to me (******), Customer Relations Manager anytime.Review fromJohn A

Took our car to the dealer because of an issue with our engine. Due to the oil consumption issue with the optimas we lost cylinder number two. We jumped through all the hoops we were asked to, did all the regular maintenance, changed the plugs before they were due and still had the issue. Then today was told we were at fault because of the lack of maintenance which is not right. This was a known issue and should be taken care of and not at our expense.SPMOK LLC

Good afternoon ******************. We did investigate your complaint and this is what we came up with. We spoke with your Service Advisor, ******** and she states that she let you know the engine replacement recall is based on rod bearing issues, which you do not have. Your issues are the cylinders. However, with that being said ******** is actively working to send a Virtual Inspection over to your outside warranty company in hopes of receiving approval for the necessary repairs. ******** was surprised to hear you have filed this review with the BBB, as she felt that she was clear about why the engine would not be covered under the Kia ******* recall but that she was working hard to see if she can get the issues covered for you, only using a different route. She will certainly keep you posted on the progress. Feel free to reach out to ******** at any time.Review fromwilliam f

I took my 2012 nissan titan to Youngblood nissan, because my truck wouldn't start and if it did it wouldn't run. They had my truck for a couple of months and along the way they would call me to say it's ready I would pick it up and drive it in Springfield and it would break down. Finally after a couple of thousands dollars and WARMER weather it runs with a check engine light on. Which I didn't have in the beginning. The service guy told me for more money and time they would get rid of the check engine light. Here I am less than a year later and I have the same problem, now that the weather has gotten COLDER. All I want is my truck fixed.SPMOK LLC

This is a 2012 Titan with high miles that has mechanical issues. As stated to our team by you, the truck had been taken to and worked on by a different mechanic before bringing it to us The truck was here over 2 visits for a total of 24 days, not a couple of months as stated. ************** got the non running truck to a running point and stated that additional diagnosing could be required as there are many codes popping up. We are happy to continue the diagnostic process if you would like. Please note that the Nissan TP sensor has a 12 month/12,000 mile parts and labor guarantee. We are happy to visit further either by phone or in person. Please feel free to reach out anytime during business hours.Review fromAnthony B

I wish I can give a half a star. So I get my car towed to Youngblood Nissan Sunday afternoon and of course I had to wait till Monday to talk to them. So Monday comes around early in the morning I call and give them the rundown of why my car is there after dealership okay so I told them my power steering went out my alternator etc etc. So the associate that's connected with my car and working with me through this whole process tells me that before we get into all the other repairs we're going to fix the power steering pump first because it is a direct line to a lot of other stuff so we're going to fix that first and see if that helps okay fine. So he assessed my car and I go to retrieve the power steering pump from a local auto parts store. So after going to retrieve the part and take it there to the dealership I still haven't gotten the rough estimate of a price that this is going to cost so I leave the part there and waiting on him to either a call me or text me the price the estimated price that is going to cost. Tuesday go by Wednesday goes by I finally called back up there and he tells me we haven't gotten it on yet. So now Thursday comes by and apparently they got the part on but my power steering is still labored so he then tells me I need a reservoir tank because apparently I got the power steering pump without one which wasn't told to me okay so I searched and I seize and I call and I called different places to get a reservoir tank by itself nobody has one apparently it's been discontinued of some sort. I called my associate back tell him that and he proceeds to tell me what do I want to do and so I'm thinking I'm going to take my power steering pump that I just bought off of the car go trade it in for one with a power I mean with a reservoir tank he said well okay but I'm going to still dig to see if I can't find a reservoir tank by itself we hang up the phone it wasn't 15 minutes later he calls me back and tells me that he found one and I'm like okay..SPMOK LLC

Good morning ********************. We did research into your complaint and this is what we found. You had a **** Chevrolet Trailblazer with ******* miles towed into our Nissan dealership and you worked with Chase in our Nissan Service Drive. I have read through and listened to all of the correspondence. Things went from ok to not ok fairly quickly. Your messages and calls became very threatening to our employee and even his family. At that point, you were told to come pick up your vehicle as we have a zero tolerance for this. Your advisor did everything he could to help you. He provided you with the quotes, which you approved. You chose to buy the part from ******** and bring to us for installation. You also needed another part that you purchased later and ************** did the work a complete 2nd time and did not charge you for that. You advisor dropped $30 per hour off of the labor rate to help you out, plus gave you an $80 discount. We also attempted to get you approved for finance on the repairs. We understand that unexpected repairs can be very frustrating and we are here to help. With that being said, you cannot talk or text in the manner that you did and expect us to continue doing any kind of business with you. My Service Manager who you speak of in your complaint is *************************** and he is here to speak with you if you would like to visit further. Please keep in mind that you will have to keep the conversation professional. You can reach ***** at **********************. Sincerely, Youngblood Auto GroupReview fromRodney A
