Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Springy Jeans. BBB has received a pattern of complaints primarily alleging failure to deliver ordered products in the timeframe provided, failure to provide a refund, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.   

On December 20, 2024 BBB sent a letter to Springy Jeans. On January 7, 2025 the company sent a response to that letter.

The company referenced increased sales volumes and supply chain issues in regards to the length of time consumers experienced before having received their orders. The company has stating they are implementing new customer service standards and enhanced production planning.

    On August 26, 2024, I placed a $40.00 order with Springy Jeans. On their website, the product description mentioned to wait "3-4 weeks for processing as these are made to order! You will receive tracking via email when the package is on the way to you." I placed the order knowing that this would be the expected timeframe.On October 10, past the 3-4 ***** ****, I received an email from Springy Jeans stating that they "transition[ed] to a cut-and-sew version... We understand you've already waited a long time... We are now expecting to ship the updated version... within the next 2-3 weeks."Nearly two months passed-- I waited until November 26. I sent an email to cancel my order as I had received no updates, no confirmation, and no communication whatsoever regarding my shipment. Though all sales were posted as final on their website, the written and communicated timeline was beyond dishonored. I kindly asked for a refund, and the response I received did not address any of my concerns or the refund. Springy Jeans responded on December 2 that "all preorders will be shipped out before the holidays." On December 13, Springy Jeans sent an email saying due to high demand, shipments will be delayed another month. They also provided an alternative option of switching the order to a different product. I am not interested in receiving an alternative product, as what I had purchased for $40.00 was the product I saw on their website. I have no interest in receiving a different product. It has been nearly 4 whole months since I placed my order and the shipment timeline has not only been pushed multiple times, but Springy Jeans has also been extremely sparse with their communication. They've ignored my request for a refund and did not address the issues and simply offered either an alternative product or for the consumer to simply wait. I believe this is unacceptable and breaches many consumer protection laws.

    My order was placed on September 2. I received an email late September stating that there was a sourcing quality delay. After this time, we have emailed the company a few more times to check on the status and asking for a refund. At this point I am not sure this is a legit business. This is our first purchase with this company so I have nothing to go off of. It feels like they have taken my money with no intention of providing a product.

    I purchased the Put Em Up ***** t-shirt from Springy Jeans on August 8th, 2024. I was under the impression that I would receive my shirt within 3-4 weeks due to processing since they are "made to order." I have yet to receive my order. I keep asking for updates and they've been very vague saying that my order is still being made or it is still being processed. It does not take four months to screenprint a design on a shirt.The last time I've reached out was Nov 7th with no luck or reply. I think to make matter worse they still have on their website description that the order will come 3-4 weeks, when it is clear that is not the case. I know that there are others out there who also not received their order. I've seen several TikTok comments on their page, which they've been deleting if someone inquires about their order. I just want my order and them to not be deceptive on their website.

    On August 31st I ordered a camo screen printed T-shirt off their website. In their description of the item, it says please allow four weeks for production. I ordered it with the intention of waiting four weeks for the production. After five weeks, I have not received any email saying that my order was to be shipped. So I emailed the business, and I was told that it would be 2 to 3 weeks extra for production because they were having some logistical issues. After 2 to 3 weeks I decide to check their social media page and see that they are very active. On their comments of their posts I see another customer Having a similar issue to them, not shipping their product and it had been three months. So I decided to leave a comment on their Instagram page. Immediately they respond with asking for my order number, I give them my order number and they never respond. They delete all negative comments from their social media pages. Another week goes by I emailed them again and they say that production has started and that they will. I will have my item soon. I emailed them again to ask for full transparency on when the item will be shipped since theyve been giving me excuse after excuse. I get no response on my emails. Ive sent them two emails with no responses so I leave another message on their social media and immediately get an a response when Im told I have to wait another two weeks for product. Every single time Ive gotten an update, Ive had to be the one to take the initiative. They delete negative comments and they dont respond to customers.

    They refunded me for my item but after multiple days and having to ask them again. They also sent me the item for free a month ago. So technically it was resolved.

    I ordered a pair of shorts over the summer and as per their policy items may take 8 weeks to arrive. I contacted them due to a change of address. They emailed back and apologized for the delay. They offered a refund or I can wait a few more weeks, as they promised they were getting a shipment. I have contacted the company for a refund, but they have not responded. This is bad business.

    I ordered a pair of shorts and a t-shirt on august 19, 2024. i have not received shipping/tracking information to date. i reached out to the customer service email on 9/25/24, when they told me there was a delay in sourcing. they offered me a 50% discount in form of a store credit or to send the order, or cancel for a refund. i chose to wait because i thought it was nice that they were being responsive and offering other remedies. On October 23, 2024 i reached out again regarding the status of my order and i was told that there was still a dely. at this time i then responded that i would prefer a refund. to date i have not received a response

    Ordered a custom shirt that clearly states on their website (and still does) that it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. I ordered on 08/16/2024 and never received it. I have been emailing the company since 09/13/2024 trying to get an update and they stated that they have a sourcing problem and will ship in 2-3 weeks (this was on 10/02/2024). Its been over three weeks now and I still have yet to receive my order and have not heard anything from the company. I have emailed them again today asking for a refund since its been over two months since I ordered.

    I was promised my shorts would be shipped in 8 weeks , and then in September towards the end started contacting about my shorts kept telling me delay , fast forward to October they Kept ignoring my emails so I went to my bank they finally offered a refund after weeks of trying to get in touch, but now my bank was aware of the situation and still is and so now because its a chargeback they tell me I Cant have a refund . My bank told me to tell them to go ahead and fully process the refund but they will not. I been ordered this product at the beginning of July, and it is Now November 2 and I still have not received a refund or product. I dont even want the product , I just want my refund. Bad business
