    Never received my item and had to file a claim with my credit card company to get refunded after waiting nearly 8 months. HORRIBLE or NO customer service..

    I have literally bought thousands of dollars of *********** ***** ornaments from The Lampstand. Also,, to add to our collection, I've been purchasing Old World ornaments. Recently, The Lampstand was having a moving sale, and the prices were much better than usual,so I bought a bunch of ornaments. However, I did not receive the customary boxes for most of them, as I usually do. I've been very, very pleased with The Lampstand generally, but I felt I needed to make this review with the Better Business Bureau because I have now sent two emails to The Lampstand that remain unanswered, asking for the missing boxes. Especially, the *********** ***** ornaments are extremely fragile as well as very expensive. Having the boxes is an integral part to buying the ornaments. I generally get boxes with Old World ornaments, as well. There were no boxes included with the order for the Old World ornaments. Again, why can't someone just answer my email? It's a simple enough request. This is also the second time I've asked for boxes and not received any sort of reply. I consider myself a very good customer having spent literally thousands of dollars here, as I mentioned above. So why would The Lampstand not reply about giving me the boxes that should be coming with the ornaments? It makes no sense, and as a poor business practice to not even reply, especially when they will lose a customer who purchases as many ornaments as I have.
