I have pawned a set of wedding rings. I have been trying to contact them the past couple weeks to get in contact with them. I have tried calling them and it just rings and rings. I went up there the other day and they were closed. There is a sign that says they are short handed. I just want my items.Initial Complaint

I keep trying to pick up my speakers that the **** shop has but they are never open. I have no way to get in contact with them. I have tried calling them and it just rings and rings and rings and you cannot leave a message. There is a note on the door that says they are short staffed but again they are never open and I just want my items.Initial Complaint

I pawned some things there, I have been trying to get my things back for the past 3 weeks. The place is locked up tighter than a drum and the woman with the business next door said she hasn&#**;t seen them in quite a while.Customer response

I went to the Battlefield location to meet the owner, with my phone recording. She had a bunch of guys there surrounding me. The recording made her uncomfortable so I turned it off. She would not let me in the store, but she came out and told me how much it was going to be to release my items. I tried to give her a debit card, but she said it was cash only. I sent my father across the street to the *** and while he was gone she told me to take my stuff and get off her property. I told her I would pay for it. She said she didn't want my money and to get off her property (for the second time). So I did.
