I dropped my dog off with ********************* at Camp Bow Wow of ************ on May 21, 2022 around 930am, I had to call in the middle of the week to check on him because they posted pictures of other dogs on ******** but not mine so I was worried. I then return on May 28th, 2022 around 930am to pick him up didn't notice the injury until we got in the car as my dog was ready to leave and went straight to the car! He has been bit (that's what it looks like) on the right side of his neck. When I called when I got home with my dog and asked what happened they had no clue, I then stated I've already talked to my vet about cleaning the wound, they stated if it opened up to take him to the ** vet, when I told *** this she asked what she was supposed to do and that my vet should of called in antibiotic for him without him being seen! ***** continues to be disrespectful to my daughter in messages, which we have screenshots of. I have pictures of the wound and screenshots if the BBB would like them to attach to this complaint. I paid $210 for the week with no apologie of my dog being hurt and will acquire vet bills when the vet opens back up from the Holiday weekend.
