    I suppose the years in business and number of properties keep this company running. I have heard and experienced countless atrocities this company has done and will continue to do to the tenants. They refuse to answer emails or have civil meetings with tenants about false charges. These people should be ashamed to run a business how they do. Greed is deadly, friends. People do not deserve to be treated like this when they are renting from you. Fix their apartments and have some integrity. It is disgraceful to have so many properties in *********** owned by Bryan Properties. A waste of so much potential.

    Paid deposit and rent for house and waited for 3 hours for keys and I still don't have keys to the house

    Currently a resident of the Park Place Facility in ******* **. AVOID THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. over priced rent, lazy management, and miserable living conditions. My apartment hasnt been updated in a minimum of 10 years and they want 1k a month for an apartment that runs 90 degrees in the summer, which in managements eyes is an acceptable temperature. Lack of parking among countless "Office days off" makes dealing woth maintainence a nightmare. 6 months ago they told me my fire alarm needed replaced and still havent gotten to it. Took them almost 8 months to replace the dishwasher that was broken when I moved in. Thin walls and messy neighbors ruin the common areas. Truly the worst rental experience Ive had. Worst part is, to get maintainence that corporate will inevitably refuse you have to be pushed through their webpage bragging about the newest best property they are currently buying to expand. Slum lords.

    After only leasing from Bryan Properties for one semester I have realized that this is not a well run company and there are so many things that need improvement. They hardly ever answer the phone and almost never return phone calls, also whenever we've tried file work orders for things that are broken that they say they will take care of whenever you sign your lease, it takes weeks for them fix it, if they even come. Even after hiring a new property manager things have not changed, if anything they've gotten worse and she has shown zero respect to their clients. In their eyes most of their clients are dumb college kids who they can easily boss around and take advantage of. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the ones who give them business. It's a shame they own so many properties and places to rent around *************************. This has been my experience with them so far, not sure if this is how they treat all the people leasing from them.
