"I rent a property that was sold to Homelink and was told by the partner upon Homelink on his walk thru that the rent was increased once this year by the original owner and described all known to me problems which should have been provided by the seller in the form of Disclosure required by the State of Missouri and in which the seller should have also informed the tenants of his intent to sell by giving a written notice within 24 hours of sales conveyance, which the seller also violated state law. Now come this Homelink Partner and we do the walk-through as I talk with him I ask if they were going to raise our rent, mine and to include my duplex neighbor." ... Read full review
