Placed an order for 2 12 inch Kicker Comp Q subwoofers, and a Kicker CXA1800.1 amplifier order (#*****) I spoke to ***** manager with Creative Audio he assured me everything was good, and they would get sending it out. About an hour later I get a partial refund of 10% of my total purchase price. Total was $1043.55. It appears out order was cancelled without notice, and refunded partially for $103.00 We tried to reach out long before the business closed to no avail. We tried to message them at every address given. If they don't want to send our product, that is fine, but we need to be refunded, so we can buy it elsewhere. We also checked via our Creative Audio account which doesn't even show the order.Customer response

We are requesting to close this case, as this was a misunderstanding that the order had been cancelled, and we had received only a partial refund. I spoke with manager ***** ****** with Creative Audio this morning, and he stated that this was a %10 off the order out of generosity.Initial Complaint

Our first order from here arrived in March 25 2 12 inch Kicker L7R speakers in an enclosure. This arrived in cracked condition. At that time we ordered a replacement of the same item, which was to arrive on March 29 2022. 29th came item was delayed. Now the 30th has came, and it wasn't even put on the truck. We contacted *****, and they now want us to drive 45 minutes to pick up the item due to weight. The seller has stopped responding. These were purchased directly through the seller via ******. This place just seems to not get things done right.Business response

Hello,
We have been on contact with this customer since 1st contact and have replied within hours of each communication the latest as of 8am today. We have been in contact with *** ** to resolve this issue. Please see provided attached screen shots.
We are awaiting a reply from *** ** for this resolution. This product was picked packed and shipped the same day. The issue is with the carrier.
