      Pretty much have to sell your soul to the devil to work here.Recently got a job here at CSLLC and was honestly loving it. I had a rough time selling the first internet package they originally had us selling but then they upgraded it and we were now selling the new one. I was pretty ecstatic about selling some new and improved internet to people who needed it.I was doing just fine. I didn't do so hot my 2nd day on the job but I went home early due to an emergency. After that I was popping off on sales. Day one 4 says, day three another 4 sales, day 4 like 5 sales and day five I made like 7 sales. I was doing just fine! I was treating my customers like humans and trying my best to be friendly, kind, and put on excellent service and to help meet their needs.Meeting their needs was a mistake. The company will DEMAND you sell internet to people who don't even have money. Old man ******* up the road has only $25 to his name but needs internet asap, but it's his last money for the week and he may need it for food, gas, an emergency? But you gotta do EVERYTHING you can to *** that man of his money and then some. Overdraft his account if you must, ask for a relative or friend or *********** the road to spare you ***** for today. You have to do everything you can to PUSH PUSH PUSH. If you don't your team leader will STARE daggers into your soul and entire being, insisting you drain every ***** to get the sale, at all costs.TL;DL: This place is predatory, evil, and down right disgusting with the way they treat the people who they try to sell to, all while wearing a smile on your face. Will take all your money and then some just to sell you internet or w/e service. Pros: there are none Cons: You steal from people

      Well first of all the job is not easy at all they tell everyone else the easy job when you first get in you are dealing with security information from other people including their social security and I understand that that's the job but every payday they will tell you oh it's not here it's in our other location so be a few days I have a deposit system and it keeps going to check I have told them multiple times and they still refuse to change it so never expect your paycheck on the day it says it is up to them when they give it to you so the job is really stupid and yeah some people love this job they can do it but I have a photographic memory and I can remember everything that a job does including anything that you posted not remember and this job is so backwards and f***** up I hate it I'm not going to be able to get my check until a few days from now so I am going to be late on my rent again so anyone that goes for this job it's not easy they went from 8 weeks training program they went down to two weeks now and they're trying to make it lower than that
