    CROSSBREED HOLSTER - BUYER BEWARE!!!! You know I should have known better I purchased a belly belt and it didnt fit, so I purchased the next size up but before that I reached out to customer service and spoke with a ***resentative who was a female and she tells me that yes it is no problem that I can send whichever one back considering it would be just the belt and not the holster so I did, I got kept the better fitting one and returned the other, now part of the return policy is that we have to pay for the return ok not ideal considering many companies provide a return label but at least its transparent but dumb!! Ultimately, when I get the refund Im missing money so I reach out and Im speaking with this dude (******) and I ask why its not a full refund and he tells me that they dont return the shipping fee so naturally I get upset and speak up and advocate for myself and he basically dismisses me and says I cant get it back and that it is in the policy, so I mention that I spoke with the *** before even purchasing the belt and that wasnt mentioned because if it was I would have thought about losing twice the shipping fee, so I ask for a manager and he says he IS the manager and that the issue reached the top level and basically nothing is happening and I will not receive the full refund so basically I bought a new belt and returned a new belt at one price but at the end of it all I lost money for something that didnt fit.. I mentioned that I have purchased in the past aka Im a return customer apparently not valued >>> maybe something simple like we understand that you were not told but it is listed in the policy but we will waive this one considering the size was incorrect as a courtesy and give the full refund aka retain the return customer, potentially gain new customers and still remain professional, instead ****** the manager was unprofessional and a waste of time to talk to Something simple RETURN LABEL, PROFESSIONALISM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
