If I could give 0 ZERO as a rating I would. I have never been more frustrated & disappointed in a business for the inability to resolve a customer complaint/issue. ****** was quick to respond to my initial telephone call on March 26, 2021. I had lost the key fob to my vehicle & the only backup I had was the valet key. He arrived at my home in approximately 3 ********** took him about 20min at most to have a new key for me. I was thankful. ****** did not have the correct key fob with him for my vehicle but said he could order one & it should only take a few days. After continuously reaching out to him thru text messages (which he stated was his preferred method of communication) I received vague replies or no reply at all or promises that were never followed thru & what I felt was complete disregard to me as a paying customer. I paid for the key he duplicated from the valet key as well as the key fob he stated would be ordered, brought to me & then programmed. He was paid a total of $225.00 on March 26, 2021 & all I ever recieved was 1 key duplicated from my valet key. I did not hear from him after a few weeks so I texted ******* continued to text him approx every 2 weeks (occasionally call him) when I received no reply. ****** gave me the run around more than once, I was lied to & to this day February 27th ********************************************************** a refund. When I asked for a refund after several months he stated that I would have to supply him with a copy of the invoice & date of the transaction before he could proceed. My reply 'Who is the business here & do you not retain file copies of all invoices?' The ************************ of Common Courtesy astounded **** DO NOT RECOMMEND ****** @ ASAP ******************************************* FOR ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT.I feel they portrayed Bad Business Practices, treated me Disrespectfully while being ********************* my Time.
