    About a month a half ago I purchased a trailer for $70, 000 . When I purchased it there was a hole underneath the trailer, two leaks, holes in the wall, water damage on the patio, 9 windows were caulked together and the AC didn't work. *** ***** said he would come back  the next day to start the repair work. During this experience he also solicited ****** ****** from me. This caused me to feel very uncomfortable and fearful, and I blocked him form contacting me.

    We sold her the mobile home where she lives. We wanted 85000 dollars for it and we came down to 78000 dollars and she was getting cash from an inheritance.  She wanted to know if we would take 70000 and we said yes As-Is.

    We would only fix a couple holes that were in the house because it was a rental house. She agreed to this. 

    She paid 65000 dollars the first round.  Her attorneys gave her 70000 dollars to finish the deal.

    We loaned her money for the insurance.  After she paid us back and the deal was done she then she wanted us to come back and repair all the repairs of the house. I have a copy of the contract showing that we sold her the house As-Is which is the reason we knocked 8000 dollars off the price.  We made it clear that we would not fix anything else after the sale. 

    I do not know where she is getting the sexual thing.  She just added that in.  I  have text messages proving this. I am 74 and have a girlfriend.  I never behaved in any inappropriate manner.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When we finalize the sale, he never told me as is
    - I have text messages provided with dates and timestamps where he was flirting with me and calling me late at night for over an hour I am willing to participate with the local police and FBI to provide phone taps. ** **** ** ** * ***** ***** ** ***** ** ** ** ** ******* **** ******** *** **** ********** ** ***** ******** ***** ** **** ******** selling me a Home was faulty, plumbing, and then bad conditioning and undeliverable due to the infestation of roaches, fleas flies, snakes, plumbing issues, leaking under the trailer, the roof, the patio, he all described he would be fixing that for my disability, which was provided with my lawyer and context, with the finalization of my grandmothers home. He drives up and down the road to try to scare tactic me but it doesn’t work. It’s just harassment at this point I want all my money back so I can relocate I no longer feel safe here and I feel harassed and bullied I will never participate through Boyer property investments again or the septic plumbing system his son works at . I’m willing to go as far as a text to provide information as to the lies. He is providing the money and handling is all correct. He let me come into the home, which was under false pretenses. He told me there was black soil here there wasn’t he told me there wasn’t any problems there’s leaking under the trailer I’d be willing to provide all the screenshots. I have a video uploaded to my social media, at this point, I want it to be done and over with I don’t want to argue and play these silly games with a grown man who likes to play games with young women. I want all my money back to relocate somewhere safe and livable due to my disability, I am willing to provide all my disability information’s  doctors notes my lawyers name is **** ****** I’d park hills who handles a lot of this money, and he can’t even tell you I was giving it in two lump sum‘s. I paid him for the full money, but he sold me something that was nothing as he advertised on ******** *********** he never disclosed, and as is, if it was in the paperwork, it was snuck in there at the very end he never disclose the faulty, plumbing, leaking water, damage the false allegations of black dirt, I’m willing to put go as far as it takes to provide more information on this. At this point I don’t want half my money to fix this place I want out of here due to the constant harassment and stress.
