  When they came out they started to dig and they decided to quit. That evening we hired a back hoe and we had it dug out and it cost us $300.00. The next day they came out the guy did not pump it out right and then they charged us for digging it out when in fact they did not dig it out we paid someone else to dig it out. They came out the next day we could not get situated and he offered to refund me $200.00 I agreed to that and they did not send the money. So, when I did not receive the money I called them and asked about the refund and they said that they had sent the money. So, I said that I will only take $100.00 as a refund. I still have not received the money and I would like to be refunded in the amount of $100.00

  This customer told me she was having issues with her septic, she wanted to get it pumped out but did not have the funds to fix the drainfield that she knew she needed. I gave her a few numbers to call and get bids for her drainfield, as we are not licensed to do that work in her county. On 9.7 our truck went to this customers house, we dug for an hour to get access to the tank and couldnt reach the tank. The customer said she didnt want us to waste anymore of our time and she was going to have her neighbor bring in his back hoe. She called me and told me how great our driver did and how nice they were, and she paid for their time digging because they were digging for so long and her husband is very old and cannot do that anymore. She also said that there were some pallets on her property that she told our driver he could have, and she wanted to make sure I knew that he was welcome back anytime to get them. About a week later she called me very upset saying there was water coming out of the tank and we didnt pump it right. I explained to her we did pump it correctly but if she doesnt have a proper drainfield to accept the water, she's going to continue to have issues. She said she didnt have money to fix the drainfield and wanted us to keep coming to pump it out, I said we could put her on a pump and haul schedule but there would be a fee each time but we could discount it since its on a schedule. She then said she paid us to dig, pump it out and now she was unhappy because her neighbor also charged her. Our owner, ****** went out to talk to the customers, and the husband and wife were arguing about it along with their daughter. ***** wanted it pumped out, the husband didnt want it pumped out, he wanted us to fix the drainfield, the daughter was explaining that ***** was older and senile. ****** explained that we cannot do any work to the drainfield but that would resolve the issue, he also offered contacts because we are not licensed to do that work. ****** offered a refund since they were still unhappy, because that is all we could do to resolve the issue.

  Nothing was said about a drainfield or not having funds!  They dug about an hour but mostly one man sat down then they left.  I did not say anything to them about getting a backhoe because they weren't around.  The tank is about 2" underground.  We wanted it done soon so hired neighbor to dig it that night with his backhoe - $350.00.  I did not tell her  would pay them for digging anyway.  Nothing was said about it.  This tank has been here for 50 years. pumped out one time 3 years ago no problem with it because it was done right.  I don't know where she gets the drainfield excuse other than she mentioned it and I took a phone number.

  She is lying about us arguing!  My husband was not even out there.  I had been offered a $200 refund.  I didn't receive a *****!  I am about as senile as that liar of a girl is!  That is what makes me angry when I am lied to and about me!  People get away with this stuff all the time because no one ever does anything about it because it's too much trouble to us.  So I am taking time to tell about it. 

  I'm sorry writing is bad.  I lost one of my eyes to a doctor that didn't do his job right.
