      Upon moving into a property managed by Home Rentals and Management, we paid a $1000 security deposit. In the lease it states that Home Rentals and management has 30 days after our move out date to pay us back the security deposit. Our lease ended September 30, 2022. Meaning that according to the contract they signed, our security deposit should have been returned to us by October 30, 2022. As of today, November 20, 2022 we have still not received our security deposit back and the company keeps giving us a run around on why they haven’t given it to us even when we said we will pick the check up in person. we let them know that we needed this money to go see family for Thanksgiving since we are military and don’t live near family and have a new baby, but we can’t get a response on when we can pick up our money. I was told we would be getting over $700 back and an itemized receipt of the money they took from the deposit, but haven’t received a dime and keep getting the run around. Proof uploaded #5 “deposit”
