    As a first time home buyer we were beyond excited to find such a beautiful, new home. We closed in the beginning of October. During our final walk threw we were told since the dirt was so dry the builder was waiting for a bit of rain before they start to grade the yards. After weeks It finally rained.. Nothing. It would dry up and rain. Again, nothing. We waited and waited. Almost 45 days after closing they finally started on the yards. They did 90% of houses on our street in 1 day, left and never came back leaving 6-7 yards unfinished. Us included. We waiting weeks wondering when they would come back only to find out that they wouldnt now due to the winter months coming up. They had 60 days or more of nice weather to get this finished. The inside of my once clean home is now quickly demolished by the endless amount of mud we track in every day despite our efforts. We have dogs as well so that alone is a task day and night cleaning their paws as the thick **** and rocks stick and spread between their paws. Im very displeased and would never have bought if i knew we wouldnt have grass for 6+ months when we were promised that to begin with. Never again.

    Great construction. Great follow up. Great on service after the sale. Uses good materials. We have found virtually nothing to complain about with our new home. Highly recommended to buy and build a home from *** and Realtor *****.
