    We needed to replace the glass in our double oven door. Walked in and ordered just the glass even though the part looked nothing like what we needed. We were told that is to be expected and assured that it was the correct part. It wasn't, so then we were told we had to replace the entire door. We purchased and pre-paid for the new door on Apr 2, 2022 for $209.50 and was told it would be shipped directly to the house. After2 months we still have no door and phone calls from **** and ****, have not been returned. Our house is going on the market soon and it's not going to very attractive to a potential buyer to see a beautiful custom kitchen with a double oven that has no door on the bottom. We would like a response with an ETA or provide another solution to make this right.

    We purchased a ***************** range model ************. When installed, it was discovered that wrong stovetop grates were shipped with range. Installer phoned store and correct grates were supposedly ordered. We checked with store weekly for the last five months, store always said parts were on back order. Called today and 'new' manager said there was no record of parts order and real problem was optional part had to be purchased. Would not help any further. I checked with searspartsdirect and there was no optional part. I bought the correct part for $273.55. This is wrong in that I had to buy the correct part regardless of warrenty and/or incorrect original packaging of the range.

    Owner ***** **** ****** offered discounts to make a sale that started the next day. We purchased a washer and dryer. Opened a Sears credit card account to get $40 off. Was told the transaction would be reran the following day when the sale started to get an additional 10% off and another 10% off of that price. When we got the bill in the mail only the $40 for opening the credit card account was deducted. Attempted to contact the owner several times for a week. Every time employees would cover for him saying he wasn’t there. He just left. Or he was busy with another customer.

    Not sure why the info was never passed my way. We have had significant staffing turn over over the last 2 months. I apologize and have processed the sales adjust for the 10% owed to you.
