    I had *********************** from MST apply a ceramic coating to the 2019 GMC Acadia I own. I took it through a car wash and found out that he burned my plastic all around my car and the paint needs a correction because of this also, I took my car to another detailing place to maybe get answers why my plastic and paint is ruined. Detail 360 told me that *********************** burned my plastic and paint with the buffer and that the damages would be $1100 and so I brought this to ******* attention, and he denies the accusations.

    On 12/22/2023 I completed a 12 month ceramic coating for *****. She picked up her vehicle on 12/23/2023 and was extremely pleased with the outcome of her vehicle and included a $20 tip. On 2/13/2024 she contacted me again stating she took her vehicle through and automated car wash and now there were smearing marks on her plastic trims that were not there prior to the car wash. I provided her insight as to what may have happened with the car wash and she was happy with the answers provided. She proceeded to ask me pricing on another detailing job in the future. On 8/11/2024 she approached me with a bill from another detailing company with accusations that I burned her plastics with a polisher. I explained to her that I do not take a polisher to plastic trims. On 8/17/2024 I received a complaint letter from BBB in the disputed amount of ******. I contacted ***** to inform her I would be sending the ****** via Venmo (her original form of payment). After ending the phone call I promptly refunded her disputed amount of ****** which was the original payment with tip included for her services. She was satisfied with this payment and stated she would close the BBB complaint when she arrives home from vacation next week.
