    Went on December 8th, 2024 at 6:40 A.M. in *****. Ran my card through their reader for self-service. No product came out for several minutes. Was given "over 5 minutes" of time to wash my car but only had a few minutes of product by time it started working. Service reader would not shut off and kept adding time despite me hitting STOP repeatedly. Initially charged *****. However, my bank now says an $18.00 charge. Numerous ****** complaints against this place of bays not working, card readers/coin slots not working, etc. No person works on site. I immediately called the number posted at the car wash on Sunday morning to report the error. No one has followed up and no one answers the phone number ever.

    I went to H&H carwash in ********** ******** to wash my car. After using $3.68 of service as of what the screen told me and carefully reading the instructions making sure there wasnt any extra charges for using a card. I got into my car and looked at my phone to see how much they took out(this is the third or fourth time this happened to me). I was charged $19.00 contactes the number and left a detailed message saying I noticed I was charged $19.00 instead of $3.68 like I should have been. No body has reached out to me and before when i got scammed their number didnt even work so i was out of luck. This took place on wednesday janurary 3rd at 4:10pm. Lots of other people saying the same thing happened to them even charging them double on YELP and many more business review websites. Thanks in advance.
