Unprofessional salesman "Projects Coordinator" who lied and attempted to change pricing AFTER contract signed. Claimed he "ran out" of green welcome packet folders the evening of the initial estimate and contract signing but would return the following day to provide. When he returned, claims drone had correct address but measured another property and thus the project price for the roof was now $5000 more. We refused to pay any more and requested project contract be canceled. This taking place less than 24 hours from the time the initial contract was signed. Called corporate office to ensure project canceled who then informed us ********************** was not a salaried employee as he claimed but worked on commission. He also was able to pull up the drone images (supposedly of the wrong house) but was able to describe our home in detail. Situation sounds very concerning for a ploy to increase prices and profits. Days after husband was receiving harassing phone calls from corporate office requesting to send a different ***resentative out to discuss pricing. No thank you! Recommend others stay alert and also do not recommend paying down payment on a credit/debit card, sales *** did not have a way to swipe the card but instead was writing down card numbers. A business of this size should have ability to swipe a card.

Vinyl fence installed in timeline provided. Pricing comparable to other companies in the area. The warranty is what sold me. I did have a small issue but it was rectified in an acceptable time frame.

Everything was excellent from beginning to end for our new patio. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. There were plenty of options to choose from and the project manager was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable with the products and designs. The crew that installed was the best and the work and craftsmanship was perfect.
