All started 8/11/2022 Hired company to install dehumidifier, humidifier, fresh air, and zoning with thermostats that compliment the system. The dehumidifier never removed the humidity down to an industry acceptable level. I was told it was because it was too humid outside.. The system was suppose to make the house more efficient. My previous electric bills were around $180-$225. Now my electric jumped to $680-$725. The system turns on and off over 115 times per day and ****** the manufacturer says that is WAY to high. Per ****** the installer has cause a mechanical error. I do not know what that error is and ****** could not explain. My system does NOT use the dual fuel anymore just electric. The system was set to use propane when the temperatures got below 35 degrees. When the Heat pump turns on now it makes a very loud dis-charge sound that can be heard across the house that was not there previously. This company did not do the job I paid them to do. The system does not work. I have reached out to the company and they tell me it is working the way it was designed to. My electric bill is trending to be over $1,400 this month. The system according to ****** is installed incorrectly. I want it fixed. I will speak and work with anyone in the company except for *****. I will NOT communicate with this person as I have zero confidence in him with his dishonesty and unethical business practice. I paid the company over $13,000 to install a system that worked. I have requested several times for a unconditional lien waiver since I have paid in full and have NOT received it.
