  Im ********************* a multiple time cancer survivor and wanted her eyeliner permanently tattooed on. We went and did the consult to have top and bottom done. At that point Heather gave pricing of 450 to complete the top and bottom eyeliner. I had requested a thicker liner with a small wing in black. I went to my first appointment paid ALL of the money up front and allowed Heather to line her top lashes. at that time she was informed that I would need a 4 week touch up and thats when the top liner would come together. However Lines were not corner to corner it was not thick as requested and honestly looked TERRIBLE. Then After having a lung removed and a extended hospitalization I was able to go in FINALLY to get my touch up in which Heather stated that what I wanted for liner wouldnt work due to excessive hooded eye lids. So again I allowed her to do what Heather wanted. Which is nothing close to what i had asked for and on top of that Heather tried to collect more money from me and then stated i would need to pay an additional $100 to even have the bottom done. Heather refused to refund remaining money for bottom liner as i have chosen not to go back to her and i am completely dissatisfied with whatever it is Heather put on my eye lids. Heather took advantage of me being sick with cancer did a bad job on the liner and refuses to make it right. I now have to go find someone to fix the work Heather did. Heathers refusal to make things right is disheartening and quite disgusting. Heather offered no solution to make things right! Or correctly fix the eyeliner. I feel like Heather needs to refund the money for the liner. The job was not done right. Heather showed zero compassion and care and professionalism to a client for this service. She has blocked me on all social media and wont respond to any communication.

  Let me start off with saying owning a small business was one of hardest things Ive ever done and a close second is deciding to pursue a career in permanent makeup. To tattoo clients faces and posting my journey for the entire world to see isnt for the faint of heart. 
  So when a client goes to social media to slander me and everything Ive ever worked for I dont take it lightly and I will not allow bullying and manipulation. This is me standing up for myself. 
  I met ********************* a few years ago after I was trained in paramedical tattooing. When I heard of her fight with cancer I was compelled to offer her Areola tattooing free of charge. She cried I cried we hugged and she praised my work. I then did her microblading and again she was thrilled. 
  If she questioned me as an artist or as an individual I feel like she would have at this point. A couple years later I then did her eyeliner and charged accordingly. **** has hooded eyes and a thick winged eyeliner isnt something anyone in this industry would recommend. Also if youve followed my career you would know I pride myself in the most natural PMU designed to age beautifully. I charged her my rate and shes now wanting a refund for a service I provided. 
  My intentions are and have always been pure. My 18 year career reflects such. 
  Im afraid she is now slandering and recruiting others to slander me as well. I would like to warn mountain home businesses and citizens of her character because she is victimizing herself and trying to profit on the kindness of others.
  After defending myself other business owners have approached me to let me know this is a trend from ****.

  Since my review was so important to Heather. I will leave this here. Heather wants to claim slander against an opinion and against a complaint. So here slander is the action or crime of making a false spoke statement damaging to a person's reputation lets make this clear a complaint of poor work is not slander and I stated in my complaint she preformed other services we were happy with. And micro blading that we were content with. Lip plumping not so much when you look like you got busted In the mouth by a football player. But still we understood things can happen and everything was fine. The problem can into play when **** paid UPFRONT for upper and lower eyeliner. A smudge thing with small wing was What was requested. Well that didnt happen **** received the thinnest completely jagged line that does not go from edge to edge. It was requested to be fixed and Heather said she would do it at touch up (which she failed to answer multiple attempts to get an appointment) but 2 months later **** went in for the touch up. And same thing you can see the line dont cover the eyelid, they are different thickness and different lengths. Nothing close to what was requested. So  In turn **** requested the money for the bottom eyeliner back and she could keep the cost of the top. ****.. turns out Heather decided it was now 450 just to do the top lash line and refused to offer a solution. As far as the other businesses that said this is a trend. No there is 1 business. Meraki Skin HOPE ******* the owner had 3 people paying each and every time for lashes that disintegrated And fell off each time. Well after multiple visits and almost 1500 dollars later I decided to not continue her services. But I did get messages from them and I left a ****** review. Which is my right as a consumer to do after that much money is spent and being treated poorly.( please see attached photo of that review) Heather is incorrect her stance there are multiple businesses that have received the wrath. **** DOES have stage 4 cancer (also see attached photos) there is no profiting on heathers kindness because there is none. All **** asked was for cost of bottom liner returned as she was not going to be doing them. According to her current price sheet (please see attached photo)it is still $400for top and bottom Smokey eye. Which she couldnt even do. Smoky eyeliner is not the most natural PMU 
  

  profit from kindness of others? Please. Weve done more events for this community than Heather could b even shake a stick at. Nobody is trying to profit. We want the job correctly and for Heather to do acting like shes being attacked. Sorry Heather nobody thinks your that important. 
  

  Heather get over your mightier than tho act and make it right. Or dont. But I will continue to share our experience with you and the level of disgust I have with someone who likes to tear people down.

  we have been seeing her for years now and shes way better than we had experienced before. So thank you *****.

  Must make you ,heather, feel so powerful  to attack a 3rd time cancer  survivor whos husband died 9 years ago and is on a fixed income so its a treat to do these things. I hold out hope you will one day experience these things and understand the importance of honesty compassion and compromise.
