I purchased a Vault Bag of coins from CoinTradersOnline.com on July 1, 2022 (Order #*****) for $40 and never received the bag. I contacted them numerous times via email and even via phone and was always told they were behind in mailing out the orders. My **** status remained the same as "Label Created" and never moved. After many emails and phone calls, I requested a refund, updates etc. and still nothing. I have attached a few of the emails as examples. I simply request to have my $40 refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased two orders online one 5/20/22 and the other 7/21/22 both orders were the same product that cost $231.20 per order. Today is 4/14/23 and i still have not received my product that i paid for. I contacted them last year and was told they were running behind and they would get my packets out as soon as they could (one representative told he within 7 to 10 days). I am asking for my products purchased or my money returned. I would like your help doing either of these options.Initial Complaint

On Jan 25th, 2023 I placed an online order for: 1x UNITED STATES VAULT BAG - $49.99 1x 3lb wheat penny bag- $49.99 1x early date wheat penny roll- $13.99 Order totaled -$113.97 On Feb 7, 2023 received email with tracking number saying my package has been shipped. I went to the link provided in email and all of a sudden POOF the website is down- I emailed twice with no response. As of today 2/15/23 my item still sits in “PRE-SHIPMENT” status here 7-8 days after emailing me and notifying **** to await my package Tracking number will be provided in the uploaded files. They advertise 7-10 day shipping- which is obviously a lie and false advertisement. And then continued to lie to me by allowing it to remain pre shipment yet email me and tell me otherwise. On 30 July 2022, I purchased a bag on Indian head Pennies for $64.99 with a discount of $9.74 for a total of $55.25 plus $7.99 for shipping totaling $63.24. Order number is *****. I have e-mailed their customer support at **************************** on the dates of August 11 with no response, August 15 with no response, August 21 of which I did get a response apologizing for taking so long and offered a discount on my next purchase which I responded telling the customer support I just want an update on delivery and informed them they have horrible support response. Since then, I have not heard anything to this date (31 October) even though I have e-mail on October 3 asking for an update but no response, October 11 with no response, October 16 with no response, and October 19 with no response. Any assistance from the BBB in helping me get my purchase delivered would be greatly appreciated as well as reporting them as bad business practices. If you need any e-mails for proof, just ask. On July 20th 2022 I ordered 2 ****** silver dollars their company states they will ship within 5 to 7 business days. So I waited 2 weeks later I contacted them they said they are shipping them soon so I said ok a week went by I contacted them again and asked send me my items I've purchased or refund my money I still haven't heard back from themBusiness response

I purchased coins from CoinTraderonline on May 22, 2022, order #*****, later I was contacted online as to delay in delivery, later I checked **** tracking site per said company, they stated a label was made for said purchase tracking # **********************, in Las Vegas although merchandise was not delivered to ****. No updates of tracking ever provided! My account with ************ ***** was charged $113.20 on 5/24/22. I never received goods purchased since they were never sent. I have made numerous attempts to contact Coin Trader online, with nothing but message left. Also contacted ****** which told me 60 day limit on refunds, although I have received several emails from Coin Trader co. Since May 22 . I feel since this company is trading on line and is still in business, I still receive ads through email, as well as questions about my feelings about my purchase. I believe this is fraud committed on line taking advantage of suckers like me . I would like remuneration. $113.20, or some action taken by your agency. Any help would be appreciated!Business response

I ordered coins and paper money from this business. They first told me they were in the process of moving to LasVegas and my order would go out within a week. Then when I wrote to see if my order was going to be sent, I got another story and promise my order would be shipped within a week. What a scam. The guy **** sounds so helpful, but I get nothing.Business response
