    I wish I could leave 0 stars. The product never functioned correctly, and they continued to bill my card after I had asked them to cancel the subscription. I thought the government passed a law for companies to make it as easy to cancel a service as it is to sign up. Their online portal is super easy to spend money, and impossible to cancel. I emailed directly about the issue and was met with hostility. I went the route of a CC charge back, and they then emailed me saying that if I do not cancel the charge back they will continue to charge my account. In decades of online purchases and subscriptions this company is by far the worst I have ever worked with. The product being poor was the least of the issue. Billing my CC and essentially holding it hostage is next level.

According to our information, your subscription auto-renewal has already been cancelled, so no more funds will be debited from your account.
    Our support team will be happy to provide you with a refund for the unwanted auto-renewal that was made on April 1, 2025. However, according to our information, you also opened a disput for the original purchase, i.e. the order made on March 1, 2025. A refund for the order from March 1, unfortunately, cannot be provided, since the time frame for requesting a refund for this order has passed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to cancel the disput for the original purchase made on March 1, 2025, so that we can provide you with a refund for the auto-renewal (order from April 1, 2025).

    I paid for a video converter, never got the code. Sent communication to customer service, tried to call, and requested the code several times. Send my payment information and zero response. Use another company, they are awful.

    Yesterday, I attempted to purchase Movavi Video Editor 24 but received "ERROR" message for unknown reasons. I tried using both **** and Master Card, and upon checking, all entered information was correct. Eventually, the purchase went through, but I was charged 5 times instead of once, as shown on my online statements. I only agree to pay once and feel that my money has been taken without my consent, which seems fraudulent.

    I have been using the company's products for several years now. They help in any situation, I especially recommend Movavi Video Suite or Movavi Unlimited, as they have all the tools for creating videos in one program. Thematic sets of effects help diversify my videos for my personal blog.

    Movavi is not legitime *********** BEWARE with their policy First of all I would say that the company was not held by america mentality and the customer must have the right to get a refund at a certain time.I purchased movavi editor to edit my videos for ******** but after I purchased the first software its devil trick , you can not edit at all then you need to upgrade , then I upgraded it and again i could not do nothing and i will need to upgrade it again.I realized that the company is a scammer, don't buy from them, the customer service told me that the next time I read our policy .I Purchased the software around 10:00 pm ( see screenshot), and as soon I get up I requested for refund and they told me that they will refund just one software because the first software key was activated but the reality was both key were activated and from the back end they can block the keys.They are nasty people. I have no idea how Brazilian people are buying that software.If I could leave 0 feedback I would .I tried to add the screenshoot from that transaction made on april 22 at 10:00pm and requested refund 9:00am less than 12 hours.REPLY: I WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, NEVER USED NONE OF YOUR SOFTWARE , IN THE *** CLIENTS STILL HAVE THE RIGHTS TO RETURN AND GET REFUND , IF YOU WANNA SELL YOUR SOFTWARE IN THE *** TRY TO FOLLOW THE COMPANY AS AMAZON.update on your ticket - #******* REFUND REQUEST FOR BOTH DOWNLOAD

    Do not use anymore.I don't know who owns the company now, but it is awful.For the past seven years I used Movavi with no issues. But then last year (or perhaps before then) things got difficult if you wanted to use an older version of the software.So, I purchased a yearly subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and delete my account. I think it might have worked, but I don't know.No one is getting back to me except through automatic responses. On top of that, the US number they use is not even connected to a service. It's just a machine with no options to leave a message or talk to someone.

    If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I created a slideshow with the free trail and then needed to edit it after the trail and remove the watermark so I followed the instructions and bought the year subscription only to find out that thats an additional $100 for the effects store! *** sent multiple emails to the company and their 30 day money back guarantee is a JOKE! I reached out maybe 3 hours after purchasing and have escalated with PayPal! Do not use this company!!!

    I downloaded the free trial to make a slideshow. I liked how it worked but didnt want to buy a lifetime purchase. I emailed their support asking if I could purchase a single slideshow. They responded no, and sent me a link with a discount to purchase the full service. I followed the link, received my activation key, and activated the service only to find that they required me to purchase a second service that would cost as much as the first to get my slideshow without a watermark. I immediately emailed them back requesting a refund. They refused repeatedly. Dishonest business practices and terrible customer service. Use any other company for video software.

    I am not a professional videographer, although I am a photographer, and I really have no experience building slideshows. But my niece asked me to make a timeline slideshow for her daughter's graduation.I had heard about Movavi and decided to download it. Wow! It is so user-friendly and intuitive that I was able to build a comprehensive and fun slideshow in about a couple of hours. I added music and videos of my niece when she was little. Everyone loved it and cried! Mission accomplished.The ability to use the Slideshow Wizard, applying transitions and clip lengths for all the pictures at one time was really a time saver. I love this software! I'm accurately ready to make smaller ones of my clients portraits as a Thank You.So many possibilities. Thanks Movavi, you make me look good!
