    ** came to my house to survey the problem and went over the quote. In his normal conversation, he cussed a lot which I didn&#**;t appreciate hearing from a business, but let it go. He sounded confident the yard flooding problem could be resolved. I hired this company, did the work in extreme heat mid-July, 2022. We had rain before the work was done and water settled in the same area as before, yard looked level there; asked the workers and KT, they all said it would be fine after the work was done. When the heavy flood waters came shortly after the work was complete, the waters seemed to flow down and around the side of the yard. Water still settled in that original place, I assumed due to the heavy flood waters. Now that we have normal rains, the water does NOT flow on the right side of my back yard, IT SITS THERE. I am highly upset I spent thousands of dollars, which was hard to come by. I trusted his work was reputable and would be done correctly to eliminate the water problem in my back yard. Through out the journey of communicating with this company, they were very ***; I had to continue texting till I got a response. The lady (told it was his wife) took forever to respond. On 10/25/22 I texted 3 pictures showing the water pooling in my yard with an upset message that the water still pools in that same area that I was told would be corrected. I also asked for a partial refund OR they Fix the Problem. NO RESPONSE. Three days later I texted again, NO RESPONSE. On 10/31/22 I left a voice mail message and sent a text to notify them a vm was left, NO RESPONSE AGAIN. KT&#**;s website is all flowery how they can fix any water problem, if it&#**;s not right, they&#**;ll make it right. That promise needs to be off the site for obvious reasons. The company who referred me left two messages on my behalf, heard nothing back; stated he won&#**;t refer this company again. I just bought my house 1.5 years ago, needed to get this problem fixed. I&#**;m in tears and distraught; please help me, thanks

    I had a scheduled appt with ***** at 9:00 a.m. on 6/20/22; at 9:23 a.m., I called and spoke to his girlfriend ******** who now part owner (as she stated), told me things happen and he was double booked. I said i rearranged my schedule to make sure i was there for my appt that he agreed to. This is where the conversation went south; ******* states why are you so mad? I said, I rearranged my morning for him to be here, she said things happen, do you want to reschedule, I said just have ******************* me when he is available. I also told her that he confirmed my appt on fb messager with the date and time. I also messaged him on a sunday when i was thinking about so i would remember and he could message me back in the week like he normal. She then calls me back 2 mins later, I answer the phone, hello? she just starts going off on me, i asked who is this? she said this is ******** why do you feel entitled to speak to me and ***** that way? First off, i haven't spoken to ***** since the last time he did landscaping for me over year ago? Secondly, i refer him a lot of business, actually one that just completed for over *******. ******* doesn't need to be talking to anyone especially customers, this is how you will lose business with bad reviews. Bad move ***** on your part. She is too emotionally invested with you personally as your girlfriend to run and handle your business. Anyone else reading this you may want to find another company, ***** is great at what he does but the customer service with attitude and no apology is NOT acceptable
