    Do yourself a favor avoid this company buy elsewhere! No customer service don't answer phone and don't want to process a return or exchange even after paying shipping labels.

    Ordered Rear Shocks For ********** Lancer ES. Delivery was Fast Spring on Shocks Looks Wider in Circumference Then original Shocks Very pleased Definitely Will *** Them Again And Absolutely Recommend Them To friends and family

    Fantastic customer service and incredibly fast delivery inly took a couple days. Best price Highly recommended I called for my Tiffin Alegro bus they pointed me in the right direction sent me an email with what I needed and quoted it. If you’re not sure just call don’t be all salty bc you ordered the wrong parts yourself. Let the pros help you

    Do NOT do business with Shockwarehouse. I purchased what I believed was a set of 4 Fox 2.0 Shocks/Struts for a Ford 150. I believed this based on using the drop down menu to select my vehicle, and the picture it showed for said parts matched what would fit my vehicle. What I received was a set of two shocks for a Chevrolet Avalanche, and a set of two shocks for a Hummer H3, that were not at all what was pictured. Why those things are in a set to begin with is beyond me. Fast forward, contacted them, tell them these are not the parts I had intended to order. They send a return label through Fed-Ex, and say they will issue me a refund once they receive the parts. I later receive an email saying the refund was issued. It was not. By this point I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, after verifying that a refund was not issued. They continue to apparently lie to my credit card company, as the last message I received was that my credit card company was declining my dispute, as the merchant would not refund me for items I still possessed, after originally saying the refund was issued (I have this email as proof). All in all, Shockwarehouse is apparently dishonest, and I wish I would have checked BBB and other reviews previously (as they all tend to tell how terribly Shockwarehouse is). I have essentially been robbed of nearly $900, as Shockwarehouse has my money, AND the shocks I returned to them. They have also appeared to stop answering/returning my calls. So I guess I am just basically out of the money with nothing to show for it besides and absolute headache.

    I ordered front shocks for my Newmar Ventana 4037 that were recommend by their website after completing the online form. Well I went to put them on and they are the wrong Koni shocks. After multiple emails and calls where they just could not believe they were wrong I filled out the return authorization at their request then nothing. I finally got an email from their "CEO" who copied two of his sub-managers tin the email trail to get this fixed. Then again crickets. I now have 2 $500 paperweights. I would never recommend them to anyone.

    Placed an order in June of 2022 just now (August 2023) cancelled that order because they could not deliver product What good are great prices on non existent products?

    I’m after almost 30 days wiring for refund for my incorrect order that I made returned shocks multiples times emailed company no response and no money back?

    As for me,I contacted tech support as to which shocks I should use for our class c E450,I had a response within an hour,I ordered the recommended shocks along with steering stabilizer and sumo springs. The order arrived on time( I did 2 day shipping as I needed these asap) and complete,the order also was easy to track due to their emails showing status. Again,as for me the transaction was flawless,hopefully this is how they are now for all.

    Ordered a Shock from them since it's hard to find. The website said they have in stock and made order for one shock, a month ago and no response! Email and phone call has not answered. I don't know how to refund my money back. :/ Stay away from this website! https://www.shockwarehouse.com

    I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get them to respond to a return request. I bought front and rear shocks for my ‘13 F150 per their website recommendation. Come to find out the fronts are struts, not shocks. I called to return them and was told to fill out the return request on their website. I’ve done that twice and left voice messages. NO RESPONSE! Do not buy from this company, if it is one.
