    Asked for a non smoking room, and while the room was on a no smoking floor, it smelled like stale cigarettes. We tried dealing with it knowing its an old building to enjoy the pool. Came to shower and the shower was not thoroughly cleaned.We complained to the desk and asked for a new room and they accommodated us but we were not given a comparable room (they make you pay extra for a room with a nice view). Overall not a comfortable or like exciting experience.

    This hotel Valet is an absolute mess. I was approached by A Valet employee asking for money for parking. Valet had been closed until further notice and the service is also free. I parked my vehicle in front of the hotel and was told that it was the last spot and they he wanted money. ***** also told me to move my s*** unless I paid him. I was also denied a cart for check out due to the incident. These people treat you like absolute trash and have poor management.

    I was visiting the hard rock hotel at the pool and had A great time but until I realized my credit card was missing I called the hotel back and spoke To security a Caucasian Male who was VERY RUDE would not provide his name only told me he was a security dispatcher this call took place May 15,2022 at approximately 547-6:10 the first time I spoke to him he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that I literally just left the pool area and may have left my card at the bar that is located at the entrance to enter the pool area he would NOT listen to ne and mid Conversation he hung up on me The calls are monitored / recorded so by all means pull the call and listen ! I called back a second time and he Claims he called both bars that fast before I decided to end the call I asked for his name he refused to provide me his name only his title security dispatch then proceeded to hang up on me AGAIN A SECOND TIME! I called back a third time for a hotel manager and was Told by ****** in reservations that no manger is available to help me with my situation that I had to leave a message! So I left a detailed message with the circumstances that took place also my phone number for a follow up call ! I’m very upset at how I was treated! After spending money at This establishment , when all I’m trying to do is get help with locating my credit card and was Not taken seriously or even able to voice my concern! He was very disrespectful for hanging up on me twice! When I was not disrespectful towards him at all I just wanted to explain where I was and where My card maybe but he did not give me that opportunity! How would you feel if someone did that you ??? Your employee is a bad example of customer service I don’t care if he is security! If he treated me this way I can imagine I how he is treating others that calm or even face to face I am beyond upset ! And i Want him fired or disciplined! Because I did not deserve the treatment I received from him! All calls are recorded
