      This company is refusing to work with me. Two weeks ago, I requested funds from my IRA account and they refuse and explained to me that I had to pulled funds from my Annuities account. that was two weeks ago. (June 28, 23). Received the application on July 6, 23, because the office sent it to the wrong address. I completed the application and sent it back immediately. The office called and said "oh, I just your message ". I explained it was sent to the wrong address. Well, here we are two weeks later and I have not received my funds that I requested . I had to have back surgery and I am in need of some of my money and these people are refusing to work with me . I am about to request all funds transferred back in my account retiement account because how these people are treating me. At this point I don't trust the them and they are holding onto to my funds.
