On November 6th, 2024, auction at ********* Florida.I was bidding on a 1998 Dodge pickup and their site on each auction states how bidding works and how much bidding increments were.on this auction It said starting bid 5.00 then increments of ****** I put bid in then a max bid of ******* which if bidding got to ******* that would be my max bid no *******, I looked at bid history it showed I was only bidder as I hit 5.00 4 times, they had no other bidder, so auctioneer did not follow their own procedures and jumped bid to ******* which ZI feel someone is telling auctioneer what max is, so they do not follow their guidelines and do what they want.I went back and checked another auction and found it went by the ****** increments as it was posted on their ******* problem these are no reserve auctions, and they sell for what highest bid is per there site.I actually won the truck by the 5.00 bid then they jumped bid ****** not ****** on their site guidelines. This is price gouging. Then I had to pay as they were taking ******* off my credit card. Then had truck picked up and they do not represent items fairly.Showed truck driving in auction then at pickup they left key on and burnt up alternator no brakes and transmission slipping bad.Why not be honest?Already paid to have truck picked up A employee in ***** said she looked at video of sale auctioneer did not start at the low bid went straight to the ******* so they have insiders telling them what maxbid is.Not professional at all and are scamming people I have all the paperwork printed showing what they did site will not let me load it
