Miles Auto Sales in Byram,MS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord. Within a week of having the car the front end started going bad. All rubber from around all the windows was flapping out. And the AC went out. If you purchase a car from them they will harass you day by day for your money. They will tell you that they don’t sell many cars and it’s very rare that they get cars in to sell. With that being said if you miss one payment they will pick up your vehicle & charge you $100 to get things out that belong to you. I was only 10 days late on my payment. To get the vehicle back you have to buy the car out in cash, in which they wanted 7,700. They are crooked they do that so that they can get the vehicle back to resale it to someone else to make more money. They do not want you leaving the state in their vehicles. I only had the car 4 months. They’re basically just collecting your down payment money. They are also unprofessional this is supposed to be a business but they do not want to talk to you on the phone they will text you before talking on the phone. When I went to pick up my stuff they had done packed all my stuff up in a garbage bag. NOT TO MENTION THEY STOLE MY GUN and took the contract they had given me out the car. lied and said there was no gun in there, when their the ones who took all my stuff out the car. So my advice to anyone looking to get a car here is to look else where. This company has been my biggest regret. THEY DID ALL THIS OVER $330 (Yepp read that again)

The car was purchased on 2-23-22 by the complainant’s mother because the complainant did not meet the requirements; the complainant was added to the loan because she was the driver. We replaced the A/C condenser on 2-24-22 at no charge to her; the other issues were never brought to our attention. After trying numerous times to reach the mom because we did not have current information on the complainant, the car was repossessed for nonpayment. She was 20 days late for M30 days late for July and we never received August. They were asked several times thru text because they refused to answer the phone to bring the car if they could not pay for it to avoid repossession. After the car was transported from Dallas, Texas to Byram, Mississippi, the loan and the condition of the vehicle were then evacuated. Due to our collateral being at risk we called the note. They were told when they purchased the vehicle that upon repossession we are not responsible for personal items left in the car. She mentioned that there was a gun in the door then she said it was in the glove box, but could not tell me what kind of gun. There was not a gun found in the vehicle. All items in the car were returned to her for free.
