    I purchased my vehicle a 2015 Dodge Ram on March 8th , 2023. Within 2 weeks I had to return the truck to get fixed and they had to replaced the motor heads because the truck was overheating. I returned to the dealership two weeks later to pick up the truck and while there realizing that AC was not working. Which in turn caused them to keep my truck for an extra two weeks due to the air compressor not working. Received my truck back on May 4th, 2023. On May 8th the belt on my truck started to break apart when inspecting my truck noted that the air compressor was loose and it was replaced with a compressor that is too small for the truck. The company refused to replace the wrong part with the right part.

    ************** DID PURCHASE A TRUCK FROM MIDSOUTH TRUCK EXCHANGE ON MARCH 8, 2023. THE TRUCK WAS ALSO BROUGHT B**K FOR AN OVERHEATING ISSUE. MATTER OF F**T THE TRUCK WAS OVERHEATED FOR SO LONG THAT IT MELTED THE ***** OFF THE *** COOLER. MOST NORMAL PEOPLE SHUT A VEHICLE OFF ONCE THE TEMP LIGHT COMES ON IN A VEHICLE. PAID TO HAVE THE TRUCK TOWED, THE MECHANIC SAID THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT SHUT DOWN WHEN IT BEGAN TO OVER HEAT INSTEAD THEY KEPT DRIVING IT. THERE IS NOT A WARRANTY COMPANY ON THE PLANET THAT WOULD STAND BEHIND INTENTIONAL DAMAGE! I REALLY FELT I WAS DOING A FAVOR TO ************** FIXING THE TRUCK NOW LOOKING B**K I SHOULDNT HAVE DONE ANYTHING. NEVER ONCE WAS THE ** OR ANYTHING MENTIONED WHEN TAKEN TO MECHANIC SHOP THE FIRST TIME! THEN AGAIN I TOOK IT B**K TO MECHANIC SHOP WHEN HE COMPLAINED ABOUT **, WHEN I SHOULDNT HAVE. MR. ****** TRUCK ISNT THE ONLY ONE IN THE ***** THAT IS BROKEN, WHEN IT WENT B**K TO MECHANIC IT HAD TO FIND ITS WAY B**K IN LINE FOR REPAIR. WHEN HE PICKED THE TRUCK UP THE SECOND TIME EVERYTHING WAS OPERATING AS IT SHOULD. AS FAR AS I KNOW HE MAY HAVE TAKEN ** COMPRESSOR LOOSE ON PURPOSE ABOUT LIKE HE ALMOST BURNED THE ***** UP OVERHEATING IT.
