My car was lost on 9 May 2022 in Columbus, MS. I had Progressive Insurance at the time of the accident. I had them take the car to Allen’s Frame and Body in Columbus, MS on Gardner Blvd. My car was out of service for over a month. I am extremely disappointed in the final product which was my car. This body shop took a lot of short cuts in repairing my car. When I first got the car back, my headlights worked but no other lights worked on the car at all. The mechanic didn’t tighten the brake line sufficiently, so the car was leaking fluid and causing the brake light to come on. I took it back for that and it took them days to figure that out. My engine cover that says Toyota was missing and still is to this day. The plastic radiator cover wasn’t replaced. These are very common things and easy to do. My car had scratches on the right pillar and of course no one apparently knew where they came from, but they fixed that. They had the nerve to act like they were doing me a favor by fixing it. My passenger headlight had to be replaced but they were too lazy to put a pig tail on it with the harness like it should have been. I brought that up a couple of times and they played dumb, so I fixed it myself. I can also tell when they were working on the rear lights, they didn’t put the panels back like they should be. My insurance paid out over $10,000 for this repair. It was trash to say the least. The fender and lights aren’t lined up properly so it’s obvious something happened to the car. My headlights were aimed toward the ground which I fixed myself. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. I shouldn’t have to go behind a so-called professional body shop and fix an issue. The fenders and hood are not aligned properly. They both really feel loose along with the front bumper. They claim to have fixed the driver’s side front bumper as a favor. I guess were going to put half a new bumper on the car. They didn’t put any retainer clips in the bumper to hold it in place.
