    Hello my name is ******* ****** on 6-21-22 at **** ******* ** * ******** *********** *****  I went to Express oil change to get my oil changed in my car was running hot so I asked him did they know anything about my thermostat and they say yes so they fixed it and they charge me close to 300 $400 to fix it so the same day my car started back running hot so I contact the the supervisor to ask could they have fixed it and they was rude and un professional and they told me that they wasn’t go get my money back so I went somewhere else and they told me that it wasn’t my thermostat that was wrong it was the fact that my fan was broken in half so instead of them not touching my thermostat they touch my thermostat knowing wasn’t nothing wrong with my thermostat and refuse to get my money back they also sent a tow truck out and I had to pay 175 out of my pocket just for him coming out and they were supposed to change my oil but they didn’t change my oil they put old oil on top of new oil instead of clean it out like they were supposed to do and all I ask is for you guys to try to help me resolve this issue this is unprofessional and this is not the way that a business should be ran
