              I purchased a car from this place in November 2024. I told this establishment or a specific person that I was buying the vehicle from that they were only allowed to run my credit once. They instead ran it 7-8 times. Then lied to me about it. I was told it would fall off but it has not. I have a cognitive delay and I feel as though they took advantage of me because of my disability. I just don’t appreciate the lies and them ruining my credit and not taking accountability for the situation.

              Jan. 29, 2024 I have purchased five vehicles from this particular dealer and location. Until the purchase of a 2011 Sierra Truck, I'd had no problem with the service or vehicles purchased there. The purchase of this vehicle was cash and included an extended warranty. Only ten days after driving the truck off the lot it was diagnosed by ******** to have problems with its camshaft and pistons. The truck was burning oil. Carl Hogan kept the vehicle for months, replaced the engine and returned the truck. Shortly thereafter the replaced engine was also burning excessive oil. A second engine was put in and the truck was returned to me. Upon picking up the truck, I was informed that there is still an oil leak, my warranty is up, and there's nothing else the service department can do. I strongly believe and know that I've been taken advantage of; I've wasted over twenty thousand dollars; I've gotten no good use out of the vehicle, I've lost a lot of time, and still in need of a truck. As a loyal customer, as a cash paying customer, as a consumer I'm expecting fair service and merchandise for my money. Carl Hogan just admit that this vehicle is no good, we've both wasted our time. Fix this vehicle correctly and return it working properly, offer me another comparable vehicle, or give me my money back! ** ********
