I purchased 2 end tables from ACF WHOLESALE on January 1, 2022. I paid $296.30 with the company messaging me for the last almost 5 months that the delivery date keeps extending! I have paid for these end tables and I feel like I am being scammed! I have been given "estimated" delivery dates every single month since January! This will be 5 months on June 1, 2022! I am so unhappy that I paid for something back in January that was "estimated" delivery in 2 weeks! Very dissatisfied with this entire situation! I just asked for my money back on this date (5/19/22) but I am so over this ordeal and reporting this company is in my best interest! I have not called due to all the other complaints I have read on the BBB website and I would not tolerate a business not answering a dedicated line for consumers!Business Response

I ordered a full size bed advertised on this webpage back in January, was told item was on back order til mid March. Mid march rolls around, I call the number listed on their web page and I get a busy signal, so I email them to check the status of my order, only to get told that my order has been pushed back til mid may. Mid May gets here and I call and of course I get a busy signal AGAIN. I email them again to check on my order and get told once more, that my order was been AGAIN pushed back til "at least July". All I am requesting at this time, is that a FULL REFUND be issued back to me, since they had no problem charging my credit card. Thank you.Business Response

Ordered a chair online and they are saying its on backorder for 12 weeks. So i said I'm not going to wait 3 months for a chair so just cancel the order and now they're saying they cant cancel even thought there will be no movement for 12 weeks. This is borderline fraud and i recommend everyone call and ask what the inventory time to ship will be. Once you order, there is no getting your money back other than filing a fraud charge with your cc company and hope for the best.Business Response

We are not able to offer inventory updates on our website because we are not the distributors ourselves. We are only independent distributors. All customers agree upon our terms and conditions upon checkout along with yourself and these terms and conditions included our information on Delivery & Returns which I have cut and pasted below for your to read once again in regards to item availability
Delivery
All merchandise shipping UPS or FedEx directly from the manufacturer generally takes 2-5 days to ship. LTL orders normally do not take long to ship, however, we do ask that you allow 2-6 weeks for the arrival of LTL shipments from the date the merchandise becomes available. If the merchandise is not in stock at the manufacturer, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. We do not guarantee any product to be available and/or ship at any certain time or by any certain date. Our customer service team can provide an estimated time for you if your merchandise is not already available at the time of your order. The estimated time may change from day to day by the manufacturing warehouse.
If the merchandise is in stock, you will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been processed and ships. All merchandise that is available from the manufacturer at the time of your order will be shipped once the order has been processed. Please note that our website does not automatically calculate or show availability of merchandise.
In order to check stock or receive an estimated ship date, please feel free to call our customer support team or send us an email to [email protected]. In the event that an item is not available at the time the order is placed we will send you an email stating the estimated ship date. Orders in which the merchandise is in stock are usually shipped within a week (this does not include the shipping time). Anything that is not available for immediate shipment, an “Estimated Time of Arrival” which is referred to as an (ETA) will be provided to you for the expected ship date UPON YOUR REQUEST. In the event an item has been pushed back or delayed past the original ETA we are able to provide another estimated ship date for you upon your request.

I ordered a sofa table from this company. They said the delivery would be shipped in a timely manner. When I emailed to check on order I was told it would take 3 additional months. They won’t answer the phone, only respond to email. They said they can’t refund my money. Worst company in the world to deal with. They are the scum of the earth.Business Response

I purchased and paid in full for a chair on April 19th, 2022, I decided to cancel the order within a couple of hours of purchase bc the business does not guarantee a delivery time bc of the supply chain I am guessing! I read their policy regarding refunds, and it says that my money will be refunded within 3-17 business days! I called a couple of days ago to see when I can expect my money to be refunded and they told me that it would be refunded yesterday, I checked my account yesterday and today to see if a refund was made and it was not!! I paid $567.27 for the item that I ordered. The transaction #******. The Seller had no problem taking out the money immediately, yet they are telling me that it takes 3-17 business days to be refunded and now that the maximum time for them to refund me has passed, they are still refusing to refund me? Sounds like bad business to me! I am demanding a full refund immediatelyBusiness Response

I order from ACF Wholesalers on Jan 3 kitchen table , they keep telling me it was on back order, so on the 19 of April I ask for a refund, they said I would receive my money back to my account with 10 days , I didn’t receive it , I keep emailing them no response, keep calling them no response, after 19 days finally talk to someone, they said it would be credit to my checking account on Wednesday 5/11/2022 they didn’t return it to my account, I would like help getting my money from ACF Wholesalers.
