    The owner at Party Safari is very rude. Weve hosted one party here, I had to nag the staff to get the room ready. They were 30min late and could not care less. We attended another party here with friends and they were an hour late with getting their party room together. I spent $20 in the game room with my son and he won 500 tickets on the dice roll. The card only read 95 tickets in the end. I asked them to fix the issue and the owner brushed me off and said no. Several games arent working right. Literally the worst service. I get that its a fun place for kids but when the owner is disrespectful and making money off my kid and friends kids without even considering helping with their rip-off toy rewards at the end of the day then they wont be receiving our service anymore. Theres probably a reason they dont have any review pages on social media.

    The worst experience for kids ever! My kids were kicked out due to not having right kind of trampoline socks on ! They didn’t get to jump and the business refused to give me a refund! After kicking out little kids! I will be taking them to court! Please do not take your kids here! They have hundreds of other terrible reviews as well!

    I bought a jump pass for my daughter. It was our first time and I just assumed they would have an elevator to the second floor. They do NOT have one. And the trampolines are upstairs. I have a severe foot deformity and cannot bend my leg due to fusion. My daughter was crushed thinking we would have to leave, they could not (would not) offer a refund . So I crawled up and sat on my bottom to go down the stairs. Crawled. I'm a grown woman. It was humiliating.

    Birthday party for grandson. Numerous gaming machines taking card and then turning off or not working at all, staff unavailable/ staff short and not present to oversee safety of children, birthday room had to be cleaned and tablecloths placed by party guests, floors sticky and nasty. Attempted to speak with GM - ******* about a complaint - she said she couldn't help me. Requested GM last name- she would not give, requested owner name- she refused to give. Told me to call and leave complaint on voicemail next week. Worst experience ever! Absolutely no regard to customer satisfaction ! Sad - this place has so much potential yet poorly ran. People will eventually quit spending their money here if they don't Straighten up

    I recently had a birthday party for my son and let me just say I wish I would’ve read the comments before booking. It would’ve saved me over $300 dollars. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes and were never greeted. I had to ask to check myself in and pay for the party. (Should’ve been my red flag there) Never explained the rules for the party package. Waited over 30 minutes for our room and no one ever thought to tell us we could go ahead and jump while waiting. So we lost over 40 minutes of the hour and 40 minute jump time. When I asked the “manager “ about our time lost, she got very snippy with me. I tried to explain to her that we were unaware considering they never explained the process. She was very rude and walked off. The staff NEVER came to assist us in our room. The food was cold when we got it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.

    Horrible does not describe this place accurately. And it is mostly because of the staff. There was not enough staff and then when I asked if they were short staffed they said "no". They staff people where there is a need. We had to wait 15 minutes for rock climbing. Why am I paying almost 100 bucks for two hours to wait 15 minutes for a staff person if you are not short staffed. I would give this place -5 stars. As a matter of fact, if I could, I would hire a new manager. We told them we were from out of town and they still did not care. I don't know here name, but she was so rude.

    Please do not have a party at party Safari. One of the staff there said the B word when she was leaving out of the room we heard her. The manager and the staff did not call me back. I send a email and nothing was done. No free admission or nothing. They all about money!! Some of the staff is very rude. Those parties are not cheap. I feel like we were discriminated again.

    The manager is so rude and disrespectful. She made me feel as if I was in the 70’s when I had to say yes sir and no sir or get punished. She is so prejudice it is ridiculous and she don’t care if you know it. I haven’t felt like this in over 25 years and I am 58 years old. I asked for the supervisor or owner over her but she wouldn’t give me any information. My grandchildren saw first hand what I went through when I was young and that is sad in 2023.

    Manager is disrespectful, unkind, and clearly has something against special needs persons. She refused to give her name.
