Charges arbitrary but high fees without providing any documentation for said fees. They set these fees just low enough to where it isn’t worth your time to fight them. They are unresponsive and snarky when they do respond. This company refused multiple times to supply any documentation supporting their arbitrary fees (which actually *is* in the HOA covenants), and I have the receipts to back it up. As stated above, they set fees just high enough to where it's not worth your time to fight with them! Stay away from these shady people, if you can.

This company is a great Management company for Northshore Landing! They have very timely communication and many resources for homeowners to have transparency. They will make sure to answer all questions that you may have regarding your community.

I am so thankful to have such a professional management company in charge of my neighborhood (Oak Hollow in Madison). All correspondence and communication from them is well-organized, problems are addressed timely and the staff always leaves me with a good feeling. As a newer Board member, Homeland makes it so easy and efficient to make decisions for the betterment of our community / residents. They provide fully transparent financials to us every month, budgets done and always on point, taxes and insurance taken care of, competitive vendor pricing, the list goes on and on. You get so much more than a management company with Homeland, they are simply a one-stop-shop for all of your neighborhood's needs. Highly recommend!!!!

Our neighborhood has this management company, and they were very helpful and understanding, when our home caught on fire. The person that drives around and checks on everything for the neighborhood even stopped by to check if there was anything he could do to help! Hard to find that type of service these day! We were able to use the simple software system to keep their office updated on the situation, and they even offered contacts for people that could help with repairs along the way. We greatly appreciate their presence in our neighborhood, and their hard work to keep our property values going in the right direction!

I have a bad feeling about this institution. Everything is anonymous and you cannot communicate with a real person. To respond to a so called violation you have to sign up to a suspicious portal, with a risk that your personal data get stolen. There is a lot of preferentialism and selective enforcement of covenants going on. Some neighbors get written up for really miniscule things while others never see a note although their houses are completely falling apart. That whole thing with "onsite managers" ( Blockwarts) and neighbors reporting neighbors reminds me somewhat of Nazi Germany. It leaves a lot of room for manipulations and harassment. We were better off with HOA, at that time we had a lot of volunteers and everybody was working together. It's all gone now with "professional' Homeland.

The owner of the company ***** ***** violated my privacy by using her HOA system to look up my personal contact info after leaving a bad Google review. She has nothing more than my name and email address but was able to call me on my personal cell phone that only our HOA has. My privacy settings in Google do not share any other info. After questioning her, she left us a voicemail that said she was the owner of the company and can do whatever she wants. I was also told by past employees, that she will "do whatever it takes to find out who she's dealing with". Clearly that is stalking and she tried to excuse it by saying she'll pray about everything. Something more sinister is going on with this company.
