  I paid affordable smiles 4500 in cash and Humana paid them 1300 for teeth fixed in the top of my mouth all the done was cleaned my teeth and grinded my 3 front teeth for crowns they haven't fixed one thing permanently and charging me more money I want the money I paid them out of pocket back to go somewhere else because they haven't done one thing I had the paperwork saying my out of pocket expense was 4500 my part I paid them the jacking the price up after me giving them my money

  Husband has a lot of work that needs to be done and although we have paid for it, nothing has been done. Filling came out twice and the last time they didn't fix it.Crown wasn't done. The work they actually did do is literally crumbling in his mouth.Only a partial cleaning.Always insisting on more appointments and more money.And when I addressed this they kept trying to put the responsibility back on us like we didn't tell them and so on when we certainly did. Even stating it was addressed because they wrote down what we said. Addressed doesn't mean taking notes. It means actually FIXING the problem(s). I refused to allow that type of gaslighting response from them, their story changed to try to worm their way out of the lie and attempt to pacify me...my husband is in exceedingly more pain than before he even went into his first appointment. They've actually caused him MORE physical pain.On top of all this, even with xrays apparently they didn't see SEVERAL cavities. The lady who cleaned part of his teeth saw them with her own eyes.Now how do you NOT see major cavities when you xrayed all the teeth. I said either you do the work we paid for or you refund us.She tried giving me the run around that they cant refund us.That was yesterday and I disputed the charges on our cards.Then Early this morning the "dentist" (i use that word loosely), called me and actually started arguing with me, laughed when I said my husband is in more pain than when he even went in the first time, and had the audacity to try saying we actually owe even MORE money when they never even completed most of the work we already paid for and tried telling me he only sees "some" payments and that he sees NOTHING about anything else.I have the papers we signed. They are commiting fraud.This company is a scam and I now see they aren't even registered with the BBB but AM seeing other people saying they did the same thing to them.

  My appointment was for my yearly cleanings...so today I tried discussing this bill (date of service 08/22/22)... I stated it wasn't fair because I was not advised at the time of service that I would receive a bill for unauthorized + non-covered service in which the clinic knew it wasn't covered before my appointment started. So today, the office manager refused to understand my dispute & ordered me off the premise since I refused to pay it. All I wanted was them to write-off/correct the balance due from me...which should've not been due from me.
