            BBB unable to locate business
            The date of the transaction is 8/13/2021. The amount of money paid $2137.86 for mattress and frame The business committed to set up/delivery/ of mattress and frame, set of bamboo sheets and 2 mattress pads and a 10 year warranty. The dispute is the mattress is not comfortable and causing my skin to itch from the heat. Mattress King sent someone out to check it about two weeks ago, but this did not resolve the issue. The mattress does not work properly on the frame that was sold to me. I called back to Mattress King today, June 8th, 2023 to speak with one of the managers about what could be done to resolve this issue. I was told what would he do with the mattress if it was returned? My concern is not what happens to the mattress but my satisfaction and comfort and my warranty. I was also told if I reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau, he would come after me.

            I bought a mattress from Sleep King on 3/23/21 and after 2 nights I knew I needed to upgrade to a better mattress, I would rather sleep on my old mattress. The second night I had to get up to use the bathroom and I got something to eat and when I started to sit on my bed, I noticed a bug. I was telling dad about what I found while I Googled an image of a bed bug and held the dead bug side by side and he called the store. She wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly about it but she swore the bug didn't come from there because the mattresses are wrapped in plastic. I let her know that I wanted to come in and upgrade to a better mattress because the one I bought wasn't comfortable at all and she said I couldn't because of the bugs. By the way she was talking to me, she made it sound like I already had bed bugs but I'm trying to blame them. Today dad mentioned that maybe the bug was on one of the guys when they delivered the mattress and he's probably right because when I called the store to check on the delivery, she let me know they had a delivery before mine.
