      I ordered a pre order waist trainer on March 10 2023 that was supposed to be shipped out per the waist snatchers website on March 24 2023, Now on this companies website, the same collection is available for pre order again and is stating it will ship out 4/24/23. It is now 5/22/23. I have not received any shipping notification or any updates on where my order is. The company has stopped anwsering emails, phone calls, messaging on social media platforms and everything else. This company has even resorted to erasing comments off there instagram of people inquiring about their orders. I would like a refund because clearly I will never receive my order. The fact that this company still continues to show the pre order waist trainer for sale is fraud and scammy when the original pre orders were never fulfilled. Clearly the inventory is imaginary and there's something fishy going on. I truly just would like a refund at this point.

      Unforutately, Pre-orders were stated to be shipped at a later date than when purchased. As stated in many emails to this customer, processing time has extended due to the extreme high volume of orders. However, all orders will be shipped as promised. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This company always gives everyone this same response but can never give anyone an actual date. All actual shipping dates this company has provided on their website which was March 24 and April 24 has passed. It is now May 24 and everyone is still getting the run around about when items are going to ship. No pre-orders take over two months to ship or "process " like this company keeps stating. In each email or "update" they provide, it varies what they tell you. Some emails say "your item will ship very soon" or one email will say " your item is still processing" either way I never get anything in the mail. I want my money back so I can purchase what I need elsewhere.

      I placed an order for a waist trainer on March 10/23 and was told that it was on back order and I would receive it late March . I emailed the company and no response I sent multiple emails and I was told it’s still on back order and it arrives late April . We are now in May and they have not responded to any of my emails . I paid 133 dollars USD !!!!!!!

      I ordered an item from this company on March 28th, 2023. I received a follow up email April 11th, 2023 stating that my order was processing and it could take up to 14 business days. On May 5th I wrote an email asking has my order shipped and they had no tracking information and they did not seem to know when my order would be fulfilled. They also stated they only offer store credit and not a refund of how I paid. I find it unreasonable as they are struggling to fulfill orders. The credit would not be worth anything if I can never get an order filled.

      Waist snatchers placed an order on March 23rd 2023 for $209 I have not received a tracking number shipping information or anything..I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued because we are now going into May and I still have no product but they have my money and are constantly posting online about products that I don’t believe they even have because if so then why don’t I have my products

      This Customer placed an order for an item that is available to purchase Pre-Ordered. Meaning this item would not be available for shipment until a later date than when purchased. This information is available for the customers on the website before completing their purchases for the Pre-Ordered Item. We also have been updating the customer on the progress of the order. We have informed the customer, as our policy states, to allow their order to process due to the high volume of orders.

      This company has several people wondering where their orders are with no shipping or order updates I am not the only one having an issue seems to me if the can’t keep up with supply and demand they should quit advertising until they have merchandise on hand it’s unacceptable to take people’s money and they have to wait months for a product whether it’s a preorder or not

      Shipment details on Pre-Orders are located on the website before, during, and after completing a purchase. The purpose of the item being available to Pre-Order is that the item is a highly requested item and many of our customers have been anticipating the restock of the items. We decided to make these items available for purchase before it became available for shipment so that customers could purchase the item before it sells out after the restock because again, it is a highly requested item. We have been updating our customers along the way of the progress of their orders via email and website.

      well I haven’t received an update about anything it was until I started reaching out concerning my purchase is when I got a message from your company but all the skipping around and sending a basic generic responses is not an update an update is saying hey we just received the merchandise and you order will be shipping out on this day or Dear customer our shipment has been delayed thank you for being patient with us your order will ship out soon we are anticipating within the next 2 weeks etc what y’all are doing is blaming the customer for trying to support your business by saying well you ordered a preorder item as if we new it was gonna take 3 months or more to get it but it’s a lesson learned and a buyer beware at this point I guess I have no choice but to wait until whenever to receive my order but it’s crazy how you check your Ig page and see the brand ambassadors and celebrities receiving theirs but ordinary regular people who have spent their hard earned money have to wait it makes no sense but whatever

      You've been mistaken. Brand ambassadors and influencers have not received anything. The trainers they have and are promoting are items they have had in their possession before the pre-orders were promoted or sold. We wouldn't expect you to understand the behind the scenes of a business and its influencers but no one is being favored or serviced quicker because of status.

      We understand your frustrations as we are in fact keeping everyone updated on their orders as much as possible. Please keep in mind that we service thousands of customers daily. Mass email updates regarding shipment progress were sent to all customers and are also replying to all email and instant message inquiries as we get them.

      I ordered my product March 5th I still have not received the item I can not get this company to answer the phone and give me a legitimate date that my item will be shipped or anything but they made sure to tell me I cannot cancel the item I spent 90 dollars on a item I have not received I would like a call or an email that will give me a an approximate date of arrival if it will take another month or whatever this is not professional and this company is terrible with their communication but made it very clear that I couldn’t cancel my order I Am in need of an answer of the date that is it and will no longer order from the company again.

      Hello,

      This customer has placed an order with us. The purchase was a PreOrder. This customer was made aware on the website when purchasing that the item would not be available for shipment until April. The order is currently processing and is preparing for shipment soon. This customer also has not inquired about the timing of the order being shipped. This customer only contact Waist Snatchers regarding making changed to the address or contact information on the order.

      I purchased 2 $80 waist trainers plus $10 shipping for myself and my daughter according to the size chart on the website. I get the waist trainers a few days later to find out the sizing chart is not correct because we couldn't even zip the waist trainers. I sent an email with no response and found out they will not return or exchange the products. This website scammed me out of $180 because they no the sizing on the size chart in no accurate and the won't even exchange the product or respond to emails.

      I ordered an item from this company. I never received it. I contacted them and they stated it was delivered and to contact usps. After dealing with them, usps Stated there was nothing else they can do. The shipper has insurance and should put in a complaint so I can either get a refund or get a replacement. I contacted the shipper and they refuse to help me. They charge you for shipping but don’t follow up when the customer merchandise is missing and they have insurance. That’s bad business.
