      Complaint and Review: Waist Snatchers Scam Dear To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint and leave a review regarding my recent order from Waist Snatchers. I am extremely upset with the service and lack of response from your company.On November 5, 2024, I placed an order with Waist Snatchers for a total charge of $151.00, hoping to get in shape for my wedding. However, when I tried to reach out via email and Instagram, I received no response. Additionally, when I visited your website, it was no longer available, indicating that the company may no longer be in operation.If I had known that Waist Snatchers were no longer in existence, I would never have placed the order. It is unacceptable for a company to continue advertising on social media platforms when they are no longer operational. This is not only misleading but also a scam that is affecting many customers.I have been emailing ********************** requesting a refund, but have received no response. I am considering taking legal action to seek compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused by this scam. I have read numerous bad reviews from other customers who have experienced the same issue, and it is clear that this has been happening since 2023.I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and compensate the affected customers.       Never received an order that was placed over a month ago. They have the time to continuously post on social media but have blocked the comments and have limited comments. They do not respond to emails or messages on their Instagram. I am warning everybody DO NOT ORDER, THIS IS A SCAM. A lot of comments posting they never received their order either. All affiliated pages also have comments turned off This is being posted after giving them more than enough time to respond through email or DMs.

      After being skeptical from seeing the website being placed back on the internet. I placed an order on 2-6-24 for Skinenemy Snatcher $98. I received an order confirmation and that was the last time I have been updated. All emails have been ignored and I haven’t received the item or refund! What’s crazy is I actually wanted to become an affiliate. The owner of the site carried the best waist snatchers on the market. Hated to see this business turn into a complete Scam!

      After waiting SEVERAL months, I finally received my order after six months! I got the order and it’s the wrong size and wrong color from what I ordered and I’m very disappointed!!

      I placed an order with this company in June and have yet to receive my order. I've made numerous attempts to contact them, only to get a auto generated response saying "All sales are final" we are experiencing an extreme high volume of orders at this time which has caused a delay in shipment. We are working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped. We are expected to be up to speed soon." I would like a refund since I never received the product. This company needs to be shut down before other people lose their hard earned money.

      I placed an order on 4/21/23 as I was starting my summer workout to “ Snatch my waist” I’ve followed up with emails, but I’ve yet to receive my order or a shipping date. I had to buy my waist trainer from a local vendor just to ensure I would be snatched my June. Work hard for my money and I just want the product I paid for.

      Do not buy from this company they say the shipping dates are clearly stated on the website and in their order which is a total lie. All you get is a we will let you know when your order ships. I am waiting three months and still no product and when I tried to get my money back they refused saying no refunds. They charged me $90 for a product I still don’t have. Don’t waste your money with these people.

      I placed an order on 3/8 for a preorder product that the website states would ship 3/24. Today is 4/25 and I have yet to receive the product or any tracking information for the order. I have tried to reach the seller through email but after inquiring about a delivery date I now receive a notice that says they are no longer accepting messages. This is extremely unprofessional and how they handle their customers says alot about what they think of them.

      Hello, The item purchased is a Pre-Ordered Item. It states on the website before, during, and after finalizing a purchase that the item would not be available until an estimated time. When a customer completes a purchase, they are essentially agreeing to the terms and agreements of ordering this product. Thank you.

      As stated in my 1st email I completely understand that the order was a preorder item but there is nothing that says the product wouldn’t be available at the ship date which was 3/24. It has been over a month since then. The website does not say anything thing about the product being available at an “estimated time”. That statement is not true and to say that the customer agrees to wait on an estimated time to receive a product is absurd. This is my first and last time shopping with this company. Thank You
