  Williams 2nd Chance Cleaning did an awesome job at the last minute. I will say that the transaction took place via phone and text which I was emailed an invoice and paid online. I received the invoice via email, however, they did leave the hand written invoice as well. Absolutely no complaints. The home was move in ready once the cleaning service was complete. I would definitely recommend this business.

  We were told we had to use a vendor on rental properties move out list. Only two options listed and they responded first. They told ** they wanted us to leave the cash in a drawer with the house keys. We did not agree to this but told them we would meet them at the house to pay them. They wanted payment before cleaning. We did not trust this but decided to do go along with it. The owner ******** told ** to be at the house at 6:30, by 6:50 nobody had showed up or called so we contacted her and she told ** they were running late and she was trying to find an email address or phone number to reach out. They ended up adding around 8:15am and when we arrived to meet them the cleaners were sitting in the vehicle with feet hanging out the windows, they got out of the vehicles **** cheeks hanging out the bottom of her shorts, when we paid and asked for the receipt they handed ** a hand written piece of notebook paper with **** the skeleton on it I called ******** and asked if we could please have a formal receipt and she went off on me. I was appalled by her response and attitude. She went on by saying how Progress Residential knows her and always uses her and her receipts. With my past history with Progress and my luck I was not trusting this. I asked her again nicely to please provide me with an appropriate receipt and she said give me your email and I will send you one needless to say I am still waiting. Her customer service was absolutely horrible to be proud to represent her company and another company. I will say the ladies that cleaned the house were honest enough to leave jewelry that was left in the house. The cleaning however was not up to par for a move out clean but if Progress is happy then I am happy and everything is good. The owner ******** does need some training in customer service and presentation for her ladies. Oh, and formal documentation

  Do not use this company they do not pay their bills when you call to collect the owner tells you she will call you back and she never does

  This company was used as a move out cleaning vendor for the rental company we rented from. We forgot to clean out two cupboards in the kitchen before they came to clean which contained expensive cooking appliances from Pampered Chef. I went back to the house to pick up the items and they were gone! They denied everything and hung up on me, telling me to talk to Progress Residential about it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
