I just had the MOST unprofessional experience w/ Star of Connies Custom Cleaning who informed me that she is the ***********-owner. At 2:32pm I received a text asking if they could come to my home (1st appt) on 2/11 @ 12:30pm. I replied ok & that its inconveniencing but Ill make it work. At 2:56 I was texted again saying they didnt want to convenience ********* would keep my initial time on 2/11 @ 9am.I immediately replied that my appt is scheduled for 2/13 at 9am & provided a screenshot of the confirmation text I received earlier today. I also informed her if she needed to reschedule me for 2/11 (Saturday) that it would be ok Then she tells me that we dont work on weekends!I then called to try to figure what was going on. **** proceeded to call me hun, I asked her to please refrain from addressing me as hun. She continued addressing me as hun& raising her voice saying that her assistant was the one who was texting me; She then ended by saying she did t have time for this and disconnected the call.I have include a re-print of latest communication which is clearly contrary to the text messages received.STAR: I didn't mean to offend you i was trying to get a word in to explain what happened. And some women from the south use Hon, I did not mean it to offend you. I am sorry we got off wrong on this issue. We were going to ask if you would change to 12:30. But when you said it was inconvientent I told her to ask the other person if they would do the 12:30 time and they said they would. So I told her to tell you you had the 9 appt. She text you but said tmrw by accident. It was a mistake, just a mistake. I am sorry for what happened we are training someone to help out. We have a recording of all calls and text as well. and youre right it was unprofessional after | listened to it. I wasnt yell at you I was just trying to explain.***I informed Star thats its illegal to record someone without informing them and asking for permission.
