      I don’t recommend this bank to ANYONE. At the most random times my card declines or has an error. Whenever I need to purchase something important it declines. I withdrew money today and my card has been unlocked. I’m visiting family in Texas and plan on going home tomorrow and my card is declining everywhere I go. I need gas and other necessities to get home and I know for a fact my money is on my card because I just got paid Friday and I can see it on the banking app. The card app won’t allow me to see my transactions or lock/unlock my card and my card isn’t even locked and is still saying declined. I’m closing my account Monday morning and spreading awareness. This isn’t the first time this happened and I won’t tolerate it anymore. And I hope the excuse isn’t that it’s suspicious activity because I’m in Texas, because I’ve been here almost a week now. This is a HORRIBLE bank keep your money at home in a safe I DO NOT RECOMMEND

      After reviewing this account, the member was unable to use her card because her transaction activity triggered a fraud block.  Our fraud department attempted to reach her, prior to placing a block on her card,  regarding the suspicious transactions and was unable to reach her. We were able to verify these transactions with the member on Monday, June 1, 2023 and have released the block on the card.

      I’m freshly out the hospital with my newborn baby. I tried ordering some milk for her online but there was some kind of system error. Walgreens took the money off my card without the order even going through & when I called they said that it was pending and would be dropped or I could call my bank to get them to stop the hold. This bank NEVER & I mean NEVER answers the phone or return calls. This isn’t the first time this happened & when I need my card the most & money is on there, it’ll decline or I won’t be able to use it at the Atm but it’ll magically start working days later. I’m never able to get in touch with someone from the bank. I don’t even know why leaving your name and number in the voicemail is an option because nobody even calls back, not even the following day(s). I just had a c section, so no I wasn’t going to come go down to the bank and tell them to release a hold of 24$. This is why I don’t keep money on that card anymore. After my last deposit, I’ll be closing my account because this is ridiculous. They don’t do anything but sit there anyway so I don’t know why anyone can’t pick up the phone or return a call.

      I apologize for our delayed response. Someone in our card services department spoke to the member on May 26th and was able to resolve her issue immediately. We researched our phone data base and found no unanswered calls from the number we have on file her. She did leave a voicemail after hours and when the our employee called back her mailbox was full.
