I took my 2012 Nissan Maxima to Gray Daniels Nissan North because my car wouldn't crank. They explained they would have to do a diagnostic test on the car. I received a call back weeks later saying my car had wiring issues is the reason it would not crank. I ended up talking to the service advisory about going through a company they deal with for a loan to pay for the repairs. When the advisory found out I was going to do the loan she was like well since you have the money we can fix other things on the car so you can use up the entire loan. They ended up fixing things on my car that had nothing to do with getting my vehicle to crank. They called me to pick my car up. When I started my car heat started blasting and nothing on my dashboard came on. I went back in to let them know. They asked me could I drive the car home and bring it back on Monday. I agreed but I shouldn't have. The next morning after bringing my car home I tried to crank the car and it wouldn't say a word. I called Gray Daniels and they sent a tow truck to pick the car up. Weeks went by and I finally got a call saying my motor is locking up in the car. Now mind you, they claim they ran a diagnostic test on the car the first time they had my car and never mentioned this. They kept my car weeks after that. Then I get a call saying it's nothing we can do for the car because there are so many issues. I asked to speak with the service manager because now I have no car and is left with a loan. The service manager was not trying to help me he gave me lie after lie and declined giving me contact info to the person who is over him. They misdiagnosed my car, don't want to take responsibility for it, and want me to pay for something I can't drive that they say they could fix.

Dishonest, the day after (less than 24 hours into ownership) I brought home my vehicle I had a small error pop up on my dash. I was told if I had any issues to bring it in and they would take care of it. after a bit of research, its about $50 in parts and 20 minutes of labor but the dealership refused to service it without paying.

I purchased a car March 17,2023 been having problems with this 2019 Hyundai Elantra since I drove off the lot with it.. my high beams never worked and my check engine light all happened day 1.. I been taking it back and forth to gray daniels since and been calling making complaints and etc.. been given the run around by everyone .. got a diagnostic done and the engine is going out in the car! No way that’s my fault when my engine light came on day 1 and every time I took the car back only thing they have done was turn the check engine light off .. was by Hyundai and the warranty company that this was a preexisting issue and gray daniels not trynna fix it, refund me, nor get me into another car! So now the car is just sitting at Hyundai service and I’m without a car .. I have a whole lot to say bout this place from first time buyer experience I do recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.. they will sell you a lemon and put the blame on someone else

Sold me a bad truck , took my vehicle back and the service manager ****** was very rude. Did not provide a rental or a loaner vehicle . Bought a luxury truck and paid a good penny down on it. Didn’t reimburse me for my $600 I spent in rental car or anything. A terrible car dealership to buy from. Once they make that sale they show you how they really feel about their customers.

Between ****** ****** in Nashville and Gray-Daniels Nissan North in Jackson MS, I’ve spent just under $700 in labor and “diagnostic fees” that was completely useless. When you hear diagnostic test you would typically think you’d get an answer to your issues. However they couldn’t diagnose my issue or resolve the issue but instead wasted my gas driving it around Jackson. My car is still having issues and I’ve wasted money on Nissan. How are you going to have a $15.5 billion company and not even know what’s wrong with your own products…. Disappointing and terrible customer service. Not even offered a refund or anything. Tsk tsk tsk.

Part 1 In 2015, I was so proud to become an extended part of the Gray Daniels Nissan family when purchasing my first reliable vehicle. It was **** **** who welcomed me by selling me my first 2016 Nissan Altima in September of 2015 and with a trade-in 2-years later with a new 2017 Nissan Altima. I was so impressed with Gray Daniels service, that I only allowed Grey Daniels Nissan of North Jackson to service all my vehicle needs and requirements. I even made Gray Daniels Chevrolet of Jackson my preferred body shop. However, my last three visits to the Gray Daniels Nissan Service Department of Jackson, Mississippi has been very unsatisfactory with terrible service from your management and service staff. I am now at the point where I am considering looking for another Nissan Dealership to, once again, provide me with the exceptional service of a Nissan vehicle owner. The first issue I encountered with your service department happen the same week of March 2017, when I purchased the vehicle. The car came with 500 miles already on it (it was transferred from another one of your dealership companies) and the brakes were squealing. I took my new vehicle to the service department about the brake noise and after inspecting it, they reported there was nothing wrong with the brakes. They said it was normal for the car to make the squealing sound on the brakes. However, I could not understand this as I did not have this problem with my 2016 Nissan Altima. Essentially, nothing was ever done about the brakes until the replacement service of brake pads and rotors on August 23, 2021. And guess what? There was no more brake squealing noise after this service.
